^it is pretty much everything wrong with modern gainax "what is now trigger"

when there is no action the show is okay, but the fights are so over the top there is no buildup for it to be over the top, thus the fights are boring. and overall the entire just complete obsession with the fanservice ruins it. it is a mecha series without mecha and it suffers for it. if it had a mecha, you could build up more over the top fights and the pacing would go smoother

and i love taking photos with people at cons, its just the fans can get insane

I'm sorry, but what? Wing is the best Gundam series out there. The Gundams are actually used as weapons of mass destruction like they should be. None of this military "You use it when I tell you to use it" bs. Not to mention it has some of the best Gundam designs since Zeta and the best characters since ZZ. Not to mention it takes concepts from past Gundam shows and puts a new spin on them while doing something better with them. The only downside to Wing was Relena as Heero should have killed her. Other than that though, there is nothing wrong with the show. There is a reason it was the first one to air on TV as it is the best. Treize is awesome. Zechs is awesome. Duo is awesome. Wufei is awesome. Lady Une is psychotically awesome.

Wing is mostly 50 episodes of people standing around saying their going to do something and then taking forever to actually do it (or not at all). Its an okayish series but hella overrated.

What show were you watching? I watched a show where nobody knew where half of the Gundams were, a shitty main character, a plot that moved at a snail's pace, lack of good female characters for a Gundam show, and a cool concept (the mobile dolls) with interesting implications getting pushed to the side due to the Gundams getting upgraded so much.

Because the series has such strong female characters to begin with? Sorry, but outside of Haman Karn, there has not been a single Gundam female character that is memorable for good reasons. Frau was a moron and should have been killed. Salah became annoying as the series went on. Kamille's girlfriend was a moron. The girls in ZZ are useless. The woman in 0083 was a whiny moron. None of the girls in SEED and Destiny served any purpose beyond fan service. I don't even remember a female character in the few episodes of Victory I was able to sit through. And I'm not even going to get into the dumbass from CCA because that movie is just subpar as a whole.

The show is called Gundam, NOT Mobile Dolls. When they have a show named Mobile Dolls, I will care about seeing the Mobile Dolls on screen more than Gundams. This show featured Gundams, which is what the show is called, and why it is my favorite Gundam series.

can i say that i enjoyed wing it was my first gundam show as a kid was also the only one that aired in the uk. i really enjoyed it it had the drama like gundams need and the fit the plot and it fun momenet and did not see any thing wrong with the show.

wing is one of the weakest gundam series, it isn't bad, but compared to everything else it is the most boring and bland. the characters are TERRIBLE, the mobile suit design outside of the main gundams is terrible, and overall it is just overhyped.

I would have loved to have seen all of Turn A, but thanks to Bandai's incompetence, I couldn't. I started watching the show fansubbed and then they announced the license to it, so I stopped watching it and deleted my files. And then we all know what happened. But by then, I just didn't care anymore. However, it was not that original. It was just Escaflowne meets Gundam.

You want to know what I find to be the worst Gundam series? Victory, G Gundam, and Destiny. Victory is so damn boring I couldn't make it past episode 6. NOt to mention the story telling makes no sense as the kid has the Gundam in the first episode but then the next episodes goes to before he got the Gundam, and then drags it on for another four episodes before it goes back to after the events of episode 1.

Destiny is pretty much just one giant clip show and then jumps becomes SEED 2.0.

And G Gundam is just stupid. Way too much comedy and the whole concept is impossible to take seriously. I don't hate the show, but I have only made it halfway through it.

I've only seen 24 episodes of Turn A, before I dropped it, since Bandai made that announcement for a DVD release...but then as we all know that release never happened.

...I really should find a place to watch Turn A.

Only two episodes in to Durarara!! and I'm not sure how to feel yet. I guess I expected more of a slow reveal of the supernatural side of things like in Baccano!, but the nature of them here has them just in your face immediately. Still interested, but just wasn't what I expected.

At least the characters aren't impossible to keep track of (yet).

Psycho Pass is fricking awesome as expected from Gen Urobuchi, already on the third episode and I am hooked.

Sailor Moon Crystal - 02

Enjoyed that episode alot more than the first one. The Episode didnt feel as empty as the first one did. Usagi wasnt nearly as annoying since she was balanced out with a real character in the form of Ami.
Ami is a really cool character and I liked the arc she had in this episode. I also liked how usefuk she was during the fight and how incompetent Sailor Moon actually is :lol

And the opening lyrics become more and more hilarious every time Usagi gets her ass saved by Tuxedo Kamen.

Akame Ga Kill! - 03

The Show still keeps me entertained the whole way through. I enjoy the characters and the comedy bits alot in this show. All have their little quirks that makes them unique and I like seeing what else there is to each one of them.

My biggest gripe at the moment is that I dont have a feeling of were this show is going yet. This seems to change with the next episode though so we will see.

Aldnoah Zero - 03

This episode totally floored me.

I just loved how all the characters worked together to stop the Kataphrakt. The whole planning of the operation and the logistics behind such an endeavour. Yes the character are not "deep" and Inaho is emotionally very distance but...I dont give a single f about that :lol

The show WORKS and thats the strong point of it. The music,the designs, the story, the atmosphere and yes the minimalistic chracters. Everything just flows so well and it just works.


Psycho-Pass New Extended Version - 02

This show still impresses me. Like pretty much everything Urobutchi does this show isnt what you consider "original" it does things that have been done in Sci-Fi for the past 60 years but it does them so incredibly well.

I like how this world and society is realized and everything feels real. Atleast for now there is nothing that seems "unrealistic"all that is presented here could very well be our real future. Just like its supposed to be in a good Science Fiction story.

If Akame Ga Kill pulls a Blue Exorcist and strays off so far from the manga then I'm going to be pretty dissapointed. That said, despite me loving this anime adaptation so far, those still/art scenes can be very awesome but oddly placed in the wrong time.

ok Hanayamata ep3: i been watching this for 3 episode now and i am really enjoyign it has a love live feel to it, but at the same time has it on thng going on. i am really enjoying. and i can not wait for the next week episode.

I understand that this is your opinion in the Show but I have to strongly disagree. Aldnoah Zero does all of its elements really well and crafts a believable world where such a scenario could actually happen.

And des I believe you when you say that you like alot of Shows more than this one. But saying that there is nothing this show does right is just not true.
