Ah well, I've glued the pieces back together and I hope the result is that the arm isn't left loose as I expect will be the case. Its not a HUGE deal because Mario was relatively cheap, but I am a little disappointed that Amiami didn't want to help at all. "Sorry for the inconvenience, try some adhesive" just wasn't really what I wanted as a customer. For all HLJ's faults, they are happy to send replacements free of charge.

In my experience I've never gotten HLJ to take my concerns seriously :lol Though to be fair I've never had to ask Amiami to replace something that's broken.

One of my first experiences with HLJ was I received a Transformer that was missing an accessory and HLJ sent me a brand new one free of charge (they paid for the shipping as well) and told me to keep the accessory-less Transformers with their complements.

Its sad that their awful customer service when it comes to orders happening hundreds of times to me sort of cancelled out that excellent experience.

AmiAmi might have responded thusly because of where you are... It's unfortunate, but possible. They probably would have been fine with a customer in Japan.

Upper arm just fell apart under the shoulder. The pieces look like they should just snap back together, but they won't close properly around the ball joint.

Glued it together with super glue and left it for 15 hours, but in shifting it from one table to another the arm fell apart again.

You have me worried as well. He's one that I'm planning on picking up (hopefully) sometime soon and your tale is leaving me worried.

Eh, I've got about 60 Figuarts and never had a QC problem, I guess I was due one. I've researched it and haven't seen any other reports, so I think I was just unlucky, I wouldn't worry.

Aside from a broken Gavan & Gokai Red in the past I've not really had any significant issues before either. But it has been a while so I'm due for another :o
