How are zyuohger audience ?

If I'm understanding what you meant with your question, I believe they're younger like with every season of Sentai? I don't really know. But Toku, outside of Garo, tends to skew younger.

I had a thought but I'm going back and forth. Starninnger. Do we think they'll use him? And if they don't use him, what do you do with his mecha? Titanium Ranger worked in Lightspeed because the mech he used wasn't designed around a Sixth Sentai. But all of Starninnger's stuff is motif'd and designed around him being a cowboy. So if you don't use him do you scrap Bison and Redneck-maru too? If they do keep him, I don't see them keeping the Cheeseburger. Chances are they'll give him a sword like everyone else.

Then I still cling to the idea that you could make an entire season without Japanese footage. Animation is really inexpensive these days and would make doing something like this a lot easier. And BoA already molds their own Zords since they size down everything BoJ makes. They could easily create a new team, zords, villians. I'd love seeing it.

But maybe this new Movie will give us that. They are making their own Zords based on the originals, and probably new suits too. We'll just have to wait and see, I guess.

I'd just make the cheeseburger phone be an actual cheeseburger phone retrofitted with a damaged Morpher.

I wonder if they already have! I've always wondered about General Norquist from the Turbo finale and In Space. He knew about Eltar when Justin mentioned it, but more importantly, he and the fictional space agency NASADA had a shuttle that could MERGE with an extraterrestrial Megaship and form the Astro Megazord. The Power Rangers Wikia has it that Zordon may have requested for such a vehicle, but I can't keep from wondering if Norquist was an "Eltarian Visitor" much like Zordon. Mere speculation, and it's more likely that any such assumption is unintentional, but it would make for a fascinating ret-con.

Chances are they'll make that red version of the sword be his morpher. Didn't they get rid of the sushi motif of ShinkenGold when bringing him over to Power Rangers Samurai? I see something like that happening here.

Honestly, in retrospect, ToQger would have been easier for them to adapt.

They still kept in some of the fishing because in Samurai they followed every scene, shot for shot, cause lazy. And it would've been easier and we'd be getting better Zords. TOQ-Oh begs for Zord Builder.

Not entirely beyond the realm of possibility, but it still hinges on the Rangers getting the shuttle and the fact that Norquist was so eager after hearing about "Eltar". Alpha referred to the Astro Megazord as part of "Zordon's Master Plan". DECA was probably only programmed to take the ship in at best, especially since Andros only turned around when Alpha convinced him otherwise. And given the fact that even Andros worked on the shuttle so that it would follow his original intent of sending them back to Earth, it's possible that the only thing DECA did (as reformatting a Shuttle in that time, especially since the Megaship was damaged, is unlikely) was pull the Shuttle in without Andros' authorization, which is probably what Zordon planned to happen.
