I think you're here long enough to know that these kinds of discussions with our good Doctor are pointless. Just accept that he makes these comments without any proper reason, just because he feels like it, and that no good discussion comes out of this.

And it's not just that he hasn’t seen the movie yet, 60's Batman isn’t even close to being among the worst incarnations of Batman.
