You do know that the ankles on MG Exia are awful, right?

I always manages with my kits, so I can deal with Exia. I mean I heard so many dislikes towards Fumina's Cardigan that I ended up really liking a lot, Unicorn MG was a MG brick for most other, but I got the most out of him and was never bother by it.

So I'm sure something such as a minor weak ankle join won't stop me from enjoying this awesome looking kit.

Always gotta think positive when it comes to anything especially with Gunpla, can't always go in and think "eh... well all these reviews say the same bad thing about it... so maybe I should hold off or pass on it". I always counter it one way or another to fix the issue.

Perfect example would be Nu Gundam

For me personally I wanted the dude to to be decked out with his funnels on his back, but already knowing it wouldn't be stable or fall apart, I decided to display with him with his funnels launching around him, which looked more badass than I pictured.

That's just how I think anyways *shrug*

I think the other way around. If it isn't a literally perfect kit, I don't want anything to do with it. That both leaves me always impressed with the end result, and helps curb spending.

Yea I totally understand, I won't deny flaws in a gunpla kits at all but just gotta make the most out of it.

It felt rather awkward though Sei sounds more girly, Reiji sounds like a 20 year old man and Ral has a cowboy accent they did a good job with Rinko , Takeshi, China and Sazaki. and the battle system sounds less awkward.

In fact the dub is rather similar to the inazuma eleven dub with sei as mark and reiji as axel

This isn't anything new, as Tomino has reflected on all of his Gundam works, including Zeta. He even bashed his own decision to let Sid Myed design the Turn A. But I just find this fascinating as we might have the director and the fans in agreement over hiw the show was handled lol.

I don't see why he would, it's an excellent design once stuffy fans who can't accept change or flavour step outside their comfort zone and realise it's okay if not every Gundam ever has the same damn design philosophies.

Then again clearly the guy has no idea what he's doing if he thinks he keeps making so many bad calls. I do agree with him about how all anime these days is just pretty girls and nonsense, that's probably why I don't like 99.9999999% of anime, it's all the same generic stuff. But BF is also pretty stupid, so he shouldn't feel too bad.

I still get the sense that while he apologizes for small things, he's still patting himself on the back with this one too.

Most Gundam shows I've seen are bad, to be fair. I just mentioned BF because it's the only other current Gundam thing. Like it's not like he's alone in making a bad show.

I would if they could muster up better excuses for disliking it.

I want one, but I'm waiting for the Tri-Star one (black/purple makes everything cooler). It looks like a masterpiece, though. if you want one, go for it. I doubt you'll regret it.

Oh yeha, had it for months now. Still love it.

It's a "must buy... eventually" for me, simply because there are so many other fantastic kits, and somebody's gotta be on the bottom of the list. Also down there is the MG Geara Doga. Looks awesome, involved build from the looks of it, but a bit pricey.

Yeah, it really shines in the small flourishes. Doesn't hurt that it's my all-time favourite Gundam design. Too bad I still don't have Epyon for it to square off against.

The only reason I'm not interested in the Epyon is because I'm not a fan of the EW redesign. The wings look off somehow.

In what way? I thought (aside from the unfolding gimmick) the wings were basically unchanged? I'll have to go look.

Epyon and Proto Zero are my favourites because they're such subtle redesigns. They're basically just "redrawn" in Katoki's style rather than redesigned, and it's so much better. (and I still LIKE Katoki's redesigns) I especially like how the claws fold into the arms, rather than stick out and get in the way. Also, am I the only one that leaves off all those little tiny stickers/dry transfers that are like warnings and lines?

I wonder if Bandai will ever do MGs (or hell even HGs) of all the actual show designs from Wing.

If they did I'd probably lose a shit ton of money. MGs of the TV Deathscythe, Deathscythe Hell, Altron, and Epyon? Take my money and shut me up.
