It has the head of Zangetsu but the overall body (and skirt) of Ryugen.

Fan theories have names for the two Overlord Inves- Deemushu is the red one, and Redyue is the green one.

My theory on the Overlord Inves-

The ones we've seen so far- the one Kaito encountered and the newly revealed one- are what happened to the Baron and Ryugen from the war in the first episode. The reason why Blonde Mai is talking to the people in the current time is because she really doesn't want history to repeat itself in Gaim's dimension.

I agree with you. Maybe this new overlord is a fusion between the ryugen and zangetsu that were together in the war.

also, I noticed a thing: in gaim's suppost jinber melon form the green pattern on the armor doesn't seem the melon one neither closed or opened and as I know the genesis driver has a green led color on the ''soda glass'' so maybe there will be another energy lockseed and that will unlock the green jinber form

But, I thought it was stated that the war from the first episode is what happens in the future...

I think it's just a "potential future". I dunno, they might just be saying that to cover their arse, as I dunno, maybe they filmed that before Kouta got nine forms an episode and realised the war makes no real sense?

Urobutchi said it's a possible future, but definitely the future. The looks of the costumes and maybe some of the alliances will change. But in the end that is the future. Obviously you can't use the shows final forms and upgrades for characters in a prologue for episode 1 :lol

Jefusion posted the "full" picture of the Inves, Kachidoki arms looks amazing. Was initially disappointed with the weapons of this arm as I thought the combined sword would be rather small but, how wrong was i.
