Yeah, Suri's attitude was rather angering. I know I personally didn't have a problem with her as a character because she filled the role that was given to her but as a person (or in this case pony) she's pretty damn terrible... does make me wish this scene was included in the episode. :lol

The other problem was that she spouted exposition. Every other line was stuff like "Of course, a small town pony wouldn't know" and the one that killed it was "See how I tricked her into thinking she lost when she actually won?"
She was angering as a character and a villain, and I would've loved to see Coco throw coffee in her face!

I like to imagine that she actually did and they just didn't show it, that's my head cannon and I'm sticking to it. :lol

I'd only allow it if the coffee was piping hot.
Oh, and why doesn't that receptionist get any more attention? I know she was just a side character,

Well, we've never had 2 trinket episodes back to back, anyway (And going on the episode premise for the episode after Simple Ways, it sounds like it'll be Fluttershy's trinket), but yeah, AJ's might take a little time.

I feel Twilight's would be the last and most significant. Her element is Magic, after all, aka Friendship. Might be finale material.

But finding the keys seems to be tied to the characters losing their sense of self, and "CMC get popular by hanging with Twilight" doesn't seem to fit what Rarity, Dashie, and Pinkie went through to get their keys :lol

True... plus Twilight has main character powers so with out a doubt be the last of the mane six to receive her key.

Well, it doesn't have to be the finale.
What we presume are the keys have been everyday items given significance. The characters don't know they're keys, they just see them as mementos from new friends.
Twilight getting her key could fall in line, and just receive something like a bell from a friend she made in Appaloosa or something.

All of the "keys" thus far have been items given to the main six from a pony that the inspired their individual element in somewhere done the line. The pony that gives Twilight her's should definitely be one that the audience is familiar with... not saying any names... Trixie.

Well, we got Dash's key from Spitfire in her, what, 6th appearance? Trixie wouldn't be too far fetched. I don't quite understand what they could do since Trixie left Twilight on good terms, though.

But how cute would it be if Twilight's key was Trixie's hat?

anyone else notice how many times derpy was in the background? she was in quite a few scenes, my favorite being in cheese sandwich's flashback to the ponyville party that inspired him, and you see a filly derpy. that was so adorable.

I guess they were making up for Derpy's lack of appearances in the season prior :p

Kind of like how they're making up for the lack of Rarity episodes. :lol

Still not enough Rarity, though. And no, Alicorn Rarity doesn't make up for it.
