I actually had a friend of mine Middleman for me. I had a bunch of items on my X Version I wanted to transfer including a load of PP Ups/PP Maxes, Plates, Mega Stones and even 2 extra Master Balls. I equipped them to my Pokémon, traded them to my friend's game, switched to Omega Ruby and traded them to the new game.

The method I use is so I don't have to bother anyone with having to trade back and forth.

Been really enjoying this game, having fun with Wonder Trade. :D Hopefully one day I can stumble upon a Hidden Ability Snivy.
