who is that with the Crimson Mask?

Guy's name is Paul Lee. He used to put guys over in WCW in the mid 90s. Sort of a waste of talent, but nothing they did made sense. -It is what it is.- Right now he's working Valley shows, and South America, and has an angle on the Indy scene with Ric Flair. He's a great worker. Hell he can work better than alot of the guys current on the WWE product.
