Kamen Rider Similarities Tourney 1, Battle 1- Numerical Motifs
 

Hey guys, since I made the first ten KRSBs, it's time to take the winners of each thread and make them face off to see who is the superior Rider in a Rider Tournament.

Rather than focus on plots, this time we focus on the actual power each Rider has.

For this battle, we observe the 3 riders prior to Fourze-

Kamen Rider W (2010)

VS

Seeing as how things are currently going, let's remember the strengths and weaknesses of each rider:
Decade:

• Can turn into any previous rider before him and utilize their powers
• Can destroy Undead and enter the Mirror World without an Advent deck
• Machine Decader can turn into previous bikes
• Most Powerful form: Complete form
• Complete form can summon the other Heisei Rider's most powerful forms or turn them into them.
• Can turn other Heisei Rider's into their FFR forms, however this is irrelevant in this battle.
• Can destroy other worlds, irrelevant in this battle.
• Weakness: Belt can be removed from him, Ride Booker that contains his cards can be taken from him. When he summons the most Powerful form of another rider, he can only summon one at a time and has to keep pressing and removing the Ktouch. The Rider can only mimic Decade's actions

Double:

• Has the vast knowledge of the Earth (The Gaia Memory)
• Has 9 different Basic Forms, 1 Mid-Season Upgrade (FangJoker), 1 Super Mode (Xtreme) and 1 Eleventh Hour Superpower (Gold Xtreme)
• LunaTrigger form can unleash homing shots
• Has the HardBoilder and the RevolGarry as his vehicles.
• Most Powerful form: CycloneJoker Xtreme (In movies, CycloneJoker Gold Xtreme)
• CJX can look up opponent's weakness, and channels it through the Prism Bicker
• Weakness: Both Phillip and Shotaro need to transform. If one is incapacitated, transformation is unable to happen. Gaia Memories can be taken from them.

OOO:

• Has 137 combos (125 random, 5 main, 1 midseason upgrade, 1 Super Mode (PuToTyra), 1 Eleventh Hour Superpower (Super TaToBa), 2 special (TaMaShii and BuraKaWani), 2 alternative {with Kangaroo Medal}) possible due to mix-and-matching core medals
• Can revive any Rider turned into a core medal via Scanning charge.
• RideVendor, which comes in multiples; ToRideVendor can absorb excess energy from RaToraTah combo and allow him to function properly.
• Can turn into a one man army via GataKiriBa combo, or turn into each of his Single colored Combos (and TaToBa) by granting enough of the GataKiriBa clones the Core Medals needed
• RaToraTah can blind and scorch opponents with the light it radiates, and can run at super speed
• SaGoZo can control gravity and wields super strength
• TaJaDor can use a Giga Scan, turning into an enormous FireBird with the Red Cores or create a black hole using the Purple Cores
• ShaUTa can turn into water, and use the Unagi whips to electrocute opponents.
• BuraKaWani has a healing factor and can summon a cobra from the top of it's head, also has the Goura Guardner, which can form an energy shield
• Most Powerful Form: PuToTyra (TV series), Super TaToBa (MegaMax)
• PuToTyra can freeze opponents, and wield the MedaGabryu. Can also shatter other medals.*
• Super TaToBa is an advanced form of TaToBa from the future, allowing OOO to keep up with those who stop time/can accelarate through time
• Weakness- Cores can be taken from him, Belt can be removed in extremely close proximity

Out of these 3, who is the most powerful.

Decade!!!

Decade is just power...I mean he is a walking plot device... now if it was who had the most style, W....

Double. Because no else can wear a fedora underneath a head-hugging helmet and have it come out undamaged. Besides, Philip has all of the Earth's knowledge (except for memories about his life). Knowledge is power, and since Philip has the most knowledge, Double wins.

In the words of Narutaki:

"おのれディケイド！"

OOO is the strongest. Decade's killing of the Riders in his movie almost completely relied on his opponents flat out letting him win (Yes, I'm still pissy over that).
I don't see how Decade has any sort of advantage over OOO.
And Double isn't on OOO's level when it comes to strength.

Sorry but if Decades ability to turn other riders into giant and useful weapons isn't relevant then neither are OOO abilities in any of his forms.

EDIT: He can summon those riders at any time just like OOO can switch medals.
