So Turkey is trying to ban Minecraft for being "too violent". What?

In the long list of things Turkey has to worry about with everything happening in that region of the world, Minecraft shouldn't even be visible from the top of the list with the Hubble telescope.

I guess it's a cultural thing. I'll agree with Sentai and say that Minecraft's the least of their worries right now.

That's sadly not surprising considering Turkey's Prime Minister Erdogan banned Twitter for a few weeks because in his opinion it was a site used only to talk bad about him. The whole government is pretty terrible when it comes to accepting new forms of media, not surprised they handle videogames the same way.

But I live in a country that censors and confiscates videogames on a daily basis so... yeah.

Just got back into the 360 version and wonderfully surprised how much they were able to add.

Yeah, the map is still pretty small, but I'm ok with it as long as a decent biome spawns.

I just started playing again too on the 360. I like they made red stone and coal blocks.

Finally decided to try the game in Survival mode instead of goofing off in creative, so I made an entirely new world for just that. Holy shit this game is so much fun. I found diamond, but my dumbass got lost and fell in lava....

But I am now 1 ingot and 2 more gold blocks away from a Tower of Pimps. Just need to find three diamonds so I can make a pickaxe to mine Obsidian.

Also, I really need to memorize the landscapes of my mines better. Spend 20 minutes tryin to find the exit.
