Either way it still makes Wild Force and Samurai uncomfortable to watch in hindsight, moreso with Samurai since Deker was a psycho with a sword itching to use it.

Sorry, I just wasn't expecting this event to pop up again. I had assumed the charges weren't filed because there wasn't enough evidence. But I will agree, it does make watching Wild Force and Samurai uncomfortable now.

He was already arrested and the released. You can't arrest him again for the same crime.

I don't see how it makes anything uncomfortable to watch though. I watch movies all of the time that have actors in them that have gone to jail for stuff. Or have watched movies with actors that are dead. I don't care who or what they are in the real world, as long as they give great performances in what they filmed. Their personal off-screen lives are irrelevant.

This isn't a double jeopardy situation, that only applies to being tried and punished.

Arrested yes, however he never went to court and nor put on trial. This time he is being recharged, and most likely be tried this time.

Exactly. Past the part where he has been re-arrested, we do not know much of anything. Which is why I am leaving this whole subject alone. It is none of my business. On the subject of it will be difficult to watch, I dont think it could hurt my reviewings, I just know this whole situation is saddening.

P.S.: The timing of Medina's re-arrest feels...a tad suspicious. We get the news of a Wild Force DVD release and suddenly the whole "Wild Force/Samurai Murderer" story rears itself again. Kinda wondering what Saban and Shout are thinking now. And this comes just prior to Dino Supercharge, and the original story broke before the start of Dino Charge (if memory serves). The timing is so off and just a little too coincidental.

One of the kids that played the rangers as, well, kids murdered an older couple a while back.
