Weren't most of the characters in Geats of this type? Personally, I think they'll either make a reference in the form of clothing or a chocolate factory owner character with magical assistants, but with enough differentia's so that it doesn't look like outright plagiarism. Or they won't do it at all. Plus, do not forget that there are other characters with a sweet tooth and glutton: Carlson, Winnie the Pooh, Garagantua and Pantagruel, Robin Bobin Barabek, etc.

Wily Wonka is more like this

Hes a char surrounded in mystery he's calm composed and as this air of child-like whimzy that can pull kids in. Hes mature isn't hyper active, but can have some degree of underlying control.

Afterall he knows how the factory works, he knows in the end they all will be fine

Tassel isn't much like Oren he's more flamboybotet with a child like whimzy, but nothing else

on top Wily has severe trust issues as he cant trust his fellow humans and instead of rooting out spies he just outright fires everyone. He likes to be the center of everything and brags a lot about his creations. Hes a guy who puts his foot where his mouth is and wins.


Overall like I said none of the mention chars are wily wonka like and I don't think a wily wonka like char would work
