But, from your first post, it didn't seem you did anything wrong to your ex boyfriend or say it the wrong way in order to possibly evoke a heartbroken response like you're describing. I can understand you not wanting to do the same thing that your first SO did to him, but she was cheating on you. You are just letting him go. Not the same scenario. If he's having that response, it's all on his end in that case. |

I got the phone number of a girl that I like my class and the number she gives me does not work. Even though she told me that it's the correct the number. Today was our last day of class. Unless I bump into her again next week, I feel so upset right now.
Sometimes I wonder if I'm not meant to have a happy life or not :(. |

She tells me that she does not have Skype and does not remember having a Facebook. I type in her name on Facebook and found nothing.

Well my last week of school ended like two weeks ago and I had no luck finding her. I don't know why her number does not work. She was really nice and she enjoy talking to me. I never come off as a type of guy who would stalk others or do anything harmful. I feel like life does not want me to find someone special :cry.

[QUOTE=Annuga;653611]No, we broke up ages ago on good terms. I accidentally implied I wanted to get back together and didn't realize what I did[/QUOTE
I mean...when it comes to rejection, all the other person can do is deal with it in their own way. If you don't like'em, you don't like'em- you're more than allowed to say no to them, and if they don't like that- as much of a heartless person as I may sound like: Tough s---. You can't make somebody like you, they have to get that through their head- and if they can't, and they take the rejection far too personally and possibly develop a grudge against you for it- again, as heartless as I may sound: That's their problem. I've been cheated on multiple times, I have been dumped multiple times, and yes it hurts- but one thing I never ever did was go BACK to that relationship- because if it didn't work the first time, what makes you think it'll work now? It's like taking a crappy tire and putting it back on the car- why? Why do that? All you can do is say no to them, hope they understand, and if they can't: Sorry, nothing you can say or do about it. That's just how it goes. |
I realized today I am a relationship oriented person. If you saw me post about the encounter I had yesterday in the how is everybody thread, I realized today that the prospect of me having sex with a random person made me not think straight. I like having control over myself in my life, hence why I never plan on drinking. At least people in relationships can think straight.

Being a foreginer in the US, there appears to be no shortage of girls, and possibly guys (there is at least one), who wouldn't mind my company.
However, if any of you saw, and remember, a post I made in a 'recent purchases' thread back in may last year about a girl in my class getting me a figuarts Kabuto as a going away gift, well we're now just a ouple weeks away for our one-year anniversery, wich I'm excited about. |
Last semester during the Fall, the girl that I like in my class give me a fake number and I did nothing wrong. I took the advice that you guys give me and it felt like it was working. Now since then, I feel kinda hopeless again and I'm 26 now. For many years, I never had any luck with girls as long I can remember. My self esteem has got worst after December.
Not to mention, it seems like girls in my age have already finished college and are now getting marry :(. |
I found a girl that I like in my class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She seems nice and is very good at art. I did talk to her and felt rather nervous. There was times where I didn't know what to say and end up pausing when talking. She looks cute and seems very friendly.
The last girl from a year ago that I liked in my Photoshop class end up giving me a fake number and I never saw her again. I hope that never happens to me again |
