I don't know much about the Sentai series that Dino Charge is based on, or it's toyline. I heard something recently that made it sound like the big nautilus zord (not sure what it is exactly) that BoA is releasing this year is something BoJ never did for their line. Is this true?
I'm not sure if it's meant to be reffering to just one or both stations, but GoseiWonder is basically saying that they're not what they used to be.

He probably just wants to work on other things. Doesn't sound like there's any negative reasonin behind his decision to step down. He's even staying on as an adviser.

As for the current standard of episodes, I can't speak for the target audience or other adult fans, but I think they've been doing great with Dino Charge. I can't imagine it was a factor for him.

Forever? no, not forever. For the foreseeable future? probably. I think the rest of Dino Charge and all of Dino Supercharge will likely be up to their current standards, but beyond that? too many unknowns to even begin to make a guess.

And sort of. Big Yellow Taxi is known for the line "Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got till it's gone?" and Sentai misses Disney's complete lack of long dumb hiatuses stretching an entire season over two years.

Ok, that's kinda cool then. Most of the remaining in-show zords are on the larger end of things, so I wonder if they'll come up with more of these arm zords to fill out the line some more.

It's what you call an adaption when you're putting no actual effort into it.

I know I'll be in the minority on this, but I actually prefer Tensou over Alpha. Both are mostly useless sidekick robots to give the talkin heads someone to talk to while the Rangers are out actually doing shit, but Tensou is one I can stand.

If it wasn't for Tensou, I would be fastforwarding through every scene involving Gosei. Hell, Gosei is why I passed on the Megaforce morpher. I loved the series, but I don't think I could stand to have a replica of that guys face in my collection.

Tensou could have been the necessary armament for the Ultra Gosei Great Megazord. In the toys, they used some weird little jet glider things. In the show, Gosei Great suddenly had the necessary parts to ensure all the Zord Brothers combined with it. Cutting out Datas Hyper is one thing, leaving us without explanation regarding a combination is another. Tensou could have covered this be transforming into the required parts. It also would have meant a Deluxe Tensou toy. They should have used Tensou or just cut that combination out like everything else.

P.S.: "Ultra Gosei Great Megazord" is a terrible name.

Alpha, while not a unique name, was at least a clever name to play on the part that the sidekick was a robot.

Gosei and Tensou was an attempt to "Sentai fans will love this!" in to a show that ended up being barely watchable.

Zordon was a better mentor than Gosei.

In what way was Zordon useless, exactly? He actually mentored his teams. He didn't just stick to a wall and egotistically put his voice in all of the weapons and all of the zords like Gosei. (And it still bothers me that they kept voice for the DC morpher). Zordon was a good mentor.

So when they adapt Ninninger for a Power Rangers season, what if they get Jason David Frank as the 6th Gold Ranger. However they have JDF play White Stranger ( Tommy Oliver's Wild West ancestor) as the Gold Ranger instead playing as Tommy as the Gold Ranger? I thought it would be a funny idea since I remember the time travel episode that they did in MMPR.
