I was also thinking the bike could be a simple Suzuki-or-such MX bike with a T-Rex skull for a front fender and the machine could be a larger vehicle that combines with the bike in some way, perhaps the bike become a giant T-Rex Headmaster for a giant Robo-Rex thing.

yeah but wouldn't a Velociraptor bike be make much more sense. It is supposed to be very fast.

as for the machine.. it could be something that could switch around into a T rex, Triceratops, Ptero-whatshisname, and a Plesiosaur.

If anything possible, I would like for the motorcycle to be transformed into a velociraptor.

I think the bike should be a motorcycle covered in dinosaur bones. That what when it changes shape, its a fossilized dinosaur. Which dinosaur, I don't know. But I personally would think it would be nice to veer away from the usual raptor or t-rex. Maybe a four legged dinosaur like a triceratops or an ankylosaurus, or a stegosaurus.

plus motorcycles have smoother turning because you can just lean to turn, with a 4 wheeler you have to force the turn with the handlebars.

Yeah.. forgot about that, I was focused ontrying to make it look less like the Dinothunder thingy. I'll just fix it later. I'll have to ditch the head's lunging gimmic k though :P

I dunno, something about having a part of the belt extend from the waist seems a bit... phallic.

And having the top skull hang down like that when it's inactive...
