They say Hiroyuki Hirayama, the man with the crew cut and facial hair, will play the former fencer of flame who appears in Touma/Saber's dreams. Kamen Rider Buster is the best design out of this show for me yet, mainly for the reason that he looks like he doesn't belong in it.

Cool mechanical suit, lack of the bookshelf belt and a big ol' sword on the back. A "Buster Sword" one might say.

I think they will. If I remember correctly it's Espada that had some kinda beef with Saber, right? Some kinda guff about them knowing each other in the past & Saber doesn't remember?

Yeah I think Blades will teach him how to fight and for him to join the Sword of Logos, while Toma shares his love of books to Blades, which hopefully will give Blades a taste of interest.

Kenzan's the one who has beef with Saber while Espada was childhood friends with Saber.

Ah! That's right. Thanks for that. Still, I'm curious what the issue with Kenzan is. And just what the heck he uses to become a Rider, since he bears a similar belt to Buster I imagine he'd use his own sword as the device.

He use a sword. It just hasn't be officially revealed yet. We'll get a good look at it when Kenzan is in the magazine scans.

He does. That's why I'm so curious about him. Unless I missed it I don't see any spots on either sword for him to put a Wonder Ride Book. If there is he might use the larger blade for transformation, but then why not mention it like they did with everyone else? He's so damn intriguing. ^^;

Kenzan's issue with Touma is pretty simple. Kenzan is a big admirer of Espada, so he feels some sort of rivalry with Touma since he's his childhood friend. It's jealousy, as its most basic.

Buster's sword has a Wonder Ride Book slot on the hilt, so I'm guessing that he and Kenzan transform with just their weapons and their belts are just book storage.

It would be cool if one of Kenzan's swords held the book and the other had the scanner so he crossed them over each other, but it could easily just be that one sword has all the transformation functions and the other is just a weapon.

So this begs to wonder, if Saber were to use the same belt as Caliber, would his suit be a recolor of Caliber's? And vice versa if Caliber used Saber's Driver. Getting a very strong Ryuki/Ryuuga vibe from these two books.

If I may, Kamen no Yakusoku translates better as Promise Of The Mask or The Mask's Promise.

I would have prefered something more JAM project-y like GARO opening since the theme is kinda medieval/fantasy oriented, but I forgot the audience is not the same and it has to be that kind of "catchy".

I'll get used to it as usual. Didn't like Be the one (as a rider theme song) at first but I got used to it.

We usually see comments all the time about how sentai is failing in sales compared to rider, yet here is the newest rider being as sentai as possible!

I guess they figured Que Bom and Machine Dancing were popular with all the YouTube videos of people doing it and wanted to bring the same fun to Kamen Rider. Very different from the ending themes of Kuuga and Hibiki which were more relaxed and slow.

Since no-ones mentioned it, I’ll reveal that Saber’s suit actor is Kousuke Asai, who’s previous credits as a suit actor include GoseiRed, Basco, Gavan, Go-Buster Ace, KyoryuGreen, ToQ Rokugou, ZyuohEagle Kamen Rider Cronus, LupinRed and Kamen Rider Vulcan. The suit actor for Blades is Eitoku.

Eitoku was Genm, I'm pretty sure. (How could Cronus and Genm have the same suit actor, after all)

Genm has a lot of suit actors to his name actually.

Satoshi Fujita was Level 1, Yuya Nawata was Level 2 to X, he ended up stopping oddly enough and got substituted out for Yuji Nakata. Yuji Nakata was also Level X-0.

Meanwhile Kosuke Asai was Level 0.

Oooooh, you're right. I only just now remembered Nawata because I once found it funny that Zombie Genm and Geiz shared the same suit actor.
