But there really isn't much to say. It's obscured by the credits and is moving quickly, on screen for less than a second.

I really don't have any thoughts on it, personally. It's fast, it's obscured, and...Yeah.

If its a Digimon, what's it doing there? And more importantly what kind of Digimon is it?

Considering it looks to be wearing a tattered cape, I'd assume it's a Digimon.
But the problem is that all to be answered is "I dunno."
Why is it here? Dunno. What's it doing? Dunno.
What kind of Digimon could probably be answered by looking through the various kinds and finding matching traits, but there's hundreds of thousands of Digimon and subspecies/variants that I really don't have the patience in digging around just to find an answer to the "Who" side of things (And that's if it's not a new Digimon created for the movie).

I don't want to come off and rude or flippant, and I would love to know more about it. But they haven't given us much of any information about Tri beyond "Alphamon vs Omegamon dawgs!" so interest is waning when they give us stuff like that. It's all just a case of when the movie will be released online.
