I believe Amazon extends their returns to 60 days for Christmas. I buy a lot of Tamashii Nations releases from Amazon. Sometimes I have to make exchanges because their packaging damaged the figures box or the QC isn't quite their but that's because I'm able to with Amazon. It's a great store to use. In fact, with price drops I usually get things for $2-$8 under retail by using Amazon.

Worst case scenario, buy one yourself and then ship back the defective one under the new receipt after it arrives.

I let my dad know about hibiki, along with ultraman and the brothers mantle cape. if I get them for Christmas its cool, and if not, that's also cool. I just needed to know and have my bases covered if I get them as holiday gifts and something is off.

I'm the same. Unless I'm hard up to get something now, and don't mind the markup from Image Anime, I order mainly from Amazon. I haven't got up to using the import stores yet. But Amazon has been good enough for me, no problems so far. Only goof I got was a damaged box for Kyoryu Red.

And as Winston said earlier, if you're ordering from a third party seller from Japan, it usually takes longer for delivery. But that's why I check for other sellers. Amazons made it easy for you to check for Primed versions of your items, so you might get lucky and find the figure you want Primed from another seller/Amazon than the featured seller when doing an initial search.

I got a Lemon Energy Baron as well, but used a middleman and yahoo japan, might be a bit more expensive than ones you've guys picked up at Mandarake but mann honestly can't be playing the waiting game when I'm away from my pc most of the day D;

To add to the point about price drops, you should definitely watch for this as it gets closer to Christmas. Last year around that time there were some significant discounts for Figuarts, I got Ryuki, Zolda and Odin all for around $30 each.
