Or some new Wifi-Events... there were like 2 Darkrai Events that were never distributed outside of Japan, one of them ended up as this code-bullshit in England recently, but still.

I just can't believe they skipped the Shiny Charizard and Darkrai events for this...

Yep, Europe and Japan both got it along with a Darkrai with Phantom Force and all they can give the US is a Dragonite that anyone can get within an hour.

To be fair, not everyone has a Dragonite WITH Extreme Speed. The only you could is if you breed the Dratini from HGSS or your lucky enough to get someone else's breeding fodder.

Trading exists. It's not hard at all to get an Extremespeed Dratini.
