no there isnt. He means a special that happens outside of the show. Its not an actual episode.

It's not an episode proper, it's a double length special, it's labeled something like episode 43.5 where I got it from, but it's also called the New Year's Special.

If I remember correctly both specials are pretty much clip shows/recaps. I just skipped them when I watched due to reading that was pretty much what they are.

Oh, that episode. I was curious about what the .5 episode was. Well, I'm glad to know I can pass over it.
