I just realized - now that I live in LA, I can go to Power Morphicon. However, I'm not into Power Rangers, only Sentai (and Rider, Ultraman, Godzilla, etc.) Is it still worth going?

Having not been myself(though god I wish I could), it's kinda up to you? PR is for sure the main attraction, but they usually have a booth or two dedicated to Sentai actors.

I'm just not sure what it's like, so I was hoping people who have been to it could offer insight.

As of right now, it looks like the guests and panels are all PR-specific, aside from one stunt actor from Sentai. But maybe there's Sentai/Rider merch and cosplays that could make it more worth it?

Well I recently started up the main Toku lines today. (Rider , Ultra and Gavan)

I have yet to watch Tomica which lasted 3 series.

Apart from the shows on DVD I watch now I can catch Toei's major shows.

As this is now the case are there any I need to watch out for on the new Toku channel? Not USA locked BTW?

Welcome to Tokunation Tatsuranger. We generally have problems with each other's opinions from time to time but I think that the fact we get along despite constant bickering just shows how close we all are.

Nice. An awesome reply from an Ex-Aid fan. I got kicked off of Rangerboard for blatantly going against the Power Rangers Cinematic Universe. Most of them came up with some of the most pathetic excuses to try to refute my concerns and ended up twisting my words to fit their narrative.

Well, everything just took a turn for the worse. I had a horrible night, up-and-down, unable to tell if I was burning up or freezing, and just generally uncomfortable all around. Now I wake up and find that I can't taste anything.

Looks like my bad luck is finally catching up to me, huh.

Having cleaned out my disk cue I may start streaming in April.

I'll buy DVDs.

As for the Toku shows at least Black and RX didn't get locked out for the US. I had hoped to start them up. The Toku channel is loading 2 a week with Rider episodes.

Thanks, guys. My taste is getting a bit better, thanks to the Lemon Juice trick, and I am planning to just rest for the day. I'm hoping everything will clear up, and nothing escalates.

Stayed up until 2 AM watching the Digimon Con stream. It was really fun overall in spite of a few hiccups! So, so tired today though.

You got a good summary of the event? I've always been interested in Digimon and I've started using a Vital Bracelet this year so I'm getting more interested in the games and movies.... wow the Bandai machine is really working isn't it..

I believe they will reupload most of the event later, but to give a quick rundown from what I remember.
  • The Digimon Encyclopedia on the official website is now fully translated into English.
  • Digimon Survive, a game that has been through some very rough development patches since it was announce back in 2018, is still being worked on after switching developers from Witchcraft to Hyde. It will hopefully be out later this year.
  • A new Digimon Story game focused on the Olympos XII group of Digimon is planned.
  • They showed off an application for playing the Digimon Card Game online through a USA-Japan tournament. It might just be for tournaments though, not for consumers.
  • They showed off some artwork from a Digimon Card Game illustration competition.
  • A new Vital Bracelet app is being planned with real-time PVP and more involved battles.
  • Dim cards for the Vital Bracelet focused on Agunimon and Lobomon are coming out and a Reaper raid battle is happening on the VB Lab app in the future.
  • The talked about various anime, including the ongoing Ghost Game TV show and the upcoming 02 movie.
  • Showed off some products like figures and virtual pet toys (Digital Monster Ver. 20th and Digital Monster X series devices) that are coming out in English.
I think that is the gist of all the big announcements and news. I was pretty pleased with the event personally, some people really complained, probably because they hyped themselves up too much with farfetched hopes. Classic Nintendo Direct syndrome if I ever saw it!

I started playing Tomb Raider VII on PS2 but got stuck on the Japan level.

On Tomb Raider V set up for the 4th story.

After that maybe X Box or PS 4 to catch up Tomb Raider and possibly Final Fantasy.

Most mobile games want non stop wi fi.

Hollow Knight is awesome, I love that game. Can't wait for the spin-off / sequel that's in the works.

And speaking about getting killed a lot - I'm currently playing Elden Ring :lol

It's super nice to control and play.

whas Elden Ring? I've heard of it, but don't really know anything

Open world Dark Souls. Not even basically, it is exactly that as the same people made it. Kind if cool to see how far they advanced. The trailer for the English dub of Digimon Adventure 2020. I want Joshua Seth back because his English voice is so iconic. Unlike DBZ, I have a nostalgia soft spot for the dubs for Digimon 1-3.
