Bandai has been making Brave merchandise for a while now. Soul of Chogokin and model kits as recent as last year.

I'm sure they worked something out - Sunrise being a subsidiary of Bandai and all.

Actually....if you look at them, they share some similar features.

Dragon Ball transformations are a mixed bunch personally. I don't mind transformations as power ups but please for goodness sake at least something else other than 'new hair color' for Super Saiyans. I think Super Saiyan 4 is popular party because it also causes a drastic transformation to the rest of the body instead.

On the other hand, Super Saiyan Rose is my guilty pleasure; my favorite transformation despite being a rose-colored Super Saiyan Blue.

Kind of funny what kind of stuff you can see in Toku. Especially since this has no plot relevance and is thus most likely a real advertisement for something, an Arcade or a game I would guess based on the scene it appears in.
