I guess I'm the only one who wants to see renewal versions of Ichgio and Nigo from The First and The Next? The movies sucked but the suit designs are great in my opinion. They came out in 2008, they look like happy meal toys compare on what we have now.

I think they should get re-makes, even if it's only because the started of the whole line.

But OOO DOES need a renewal. And who brought up Ryuki or Blade? Why is that even a part of this discussion? The OOO figures are far from the current standards of the line, they just are. You can be fine with them all you want, that's totally your thing, but their quality across the board doesn't compare to newer figures. I'll agree that PuToTyra is just fine, it's distanced enough from the initial releases. But the other combos are all the same at the basic level, and they all could use a reworking.

But help me understand how releasing something as an exclusive is unfair to "casual fans"? It's a collector's line, it isn't really meant to be casual as far as I'm concerned. You're simply upset that you'd have difficulty getting the figures because they'd be possibly exclusive. Which is itself an odd inference to make.

It's like when people tried to tell me W's Figuart was accurate, and it took side-by-side composited photo evidence to sway them. It's fine to like an outdated, inaccurate Figuart, (and I know that sounds like a snide remark but it's honestly not, there's just no other wording) but don't pretend it's something it's not. OOO is really not that accurate, and really toylike compared to the show suit like W.

Also, you act like having secondary forms as exclusives is not what SHF has been doing all this time. Hell, they're doing it with Den-O right now. In fact, the SICs are doing exactly that with OOO. Den-O's right, it's already a collector's line.

Count me in as someone who'd like to see OOO & W renewals of their various forms.

(I'd still like to see renewals of the other Kabuto riders & some of Kuuga's other forms show up eventually too.)

I just don't see a reason for W or OOO when Agito, Decade, Diend, Gatack, TheBee, KickHopper, KickPuncher, Sasword, Ixa, and all of the other forms for Kuuga and Agito need them first.

I brought up as examples. I feel like only Rider figuarts should get renewals if they need them. I personally hate the upcoming Shadow Moon renewal since the original is still fine today and he just got a reissue a year ago. I would hate to see the Rider Figuarts line become like the Ultra Act line where they just keep on renewing old figures then doing creating figures of other characters instead.

I go by the old rule; "If it's not broken then don't fix it". Not every Rider needs a renewal in my opinion. I will be okay with W being renewal since Cyclone Joker could need a update with better paint and he still uses those old metal feat. If OOO's gets one, I will be upset at first but I will get over it. The forms outside his base form will likely be web exclusives making it harder for me to collect.

By causal fans, I mean the causal fans who are fans of the franchises that they like that they like and buy whatever they find at retail. If they see a figure of a character or form that they like from a store both online or RL, they buy them. Retail releases can go between $30 - $40 while exclusives are much higher. If someone who causally enjoys Kamen Rider and buys the figuarts of their favorite character then having the rest of the forms be web exclusives could be harder for them to buy them due to the higher price tag depending on their budget.

If something is viewed as being demonstrably improved by a renewal (like OOO or W forms), then that's all the reason that's needed for a renewal. Anything else is just personal preference regarding the order of release. Personally I'd like some of those you listed too more than others (especially the Kabuto riders), but if OOO or W or Agito or whatever shows up, that's fine. It's not like those choices would be like a genuinely inexplicable renewal, like the upcoming Shadow Moon renewal.

W needs a renewal for sure, I hate those obvious black joints on his Cyclone side, plus he looks thin and as buff as he is in the show, it's more apparent on his head in my opinion.
