One could always just go for the much cheaper alternative in Gashapon or SG Eyecons, really.

I don't mind having to buy the GanGun Saber and Hand, or the SunglaSlasher even, to get the Eyecons, personally. If they had stuck Houdini in some roleplay toy I wouldn't really have cared. My problem is just that they stuck a roleplay toy in a gimmick figure toy, which is just completely stupid. I can get some use out of the rp weapons and stuff, but I'm not collecting the GC stuff, and if I were going to get the Hoodie, I'd just wait for the figuarts version. I really wouldn't have a single thing to do with this thing at all if if I were to buy it.

Which I'm really considering not doing...don't really fancy the idea of having to wait until someone gets it and sells it on the aftermarket for ten bucks or something either. Just going for the SG for Houdini at least is looking really attractive right around now. On the other hand, I'm getting the DX of literally everything else, so the inconsistency may bother me more than anything else.

I sure hope I can make a deal with whoever is collecting the GC line, but doesn't want the Ghost Driver. Once Houdini comes around, I'm gonna need to find someone that'll buy the bike from me after I inevitably give in and order the DX set just for the Eyecon. :p

The Ghost Driver looks remarkably cooler with that silver paint job this reviewer gave it. It just looks much better in pretty much every way.
