The few things I've seen are boring though. More troopers, another Kylo who just looks lame, another Phasma... meh.

Rey is cool but the rest is not for me. Also, I kinda hoped we would see the new Vader and Ben Kenobi with the next wave but maybe those come out later.

Nope. Other than Sheryl the only ones that have been released are Mikumo and Freyja from Delta.

The three other Walkure girls, Ranka and Britai from SDF all have prototypes though.

Finally Rey with a date! I wonder if they have been holding off on releasing the Force Awakens one because of The Last Jedi. Been holding off on getting the Mafex Rey because it seems like she suffers from some QC problems.

I just noticed that Rey is releasing in December....oh boy, December is already an expensive month for me with a couple of Transformer MPs and Figmas. haha.

There's three guards, two troopers, Phasma, Rey, and Kylo. And some start releasing tomorrow. Phasma and one of the troopers. They're staggered releases over the next 4 months, 2 each.

And there's some sort of promotion (first run or pre-order bonus probably) for 4 different BB droids. BB-8 comes with... Kylo and a Guard... Boooo.

Those crimson guards look kinda cool. Trying to avoid more Star Wars Figuarts though.

And it looks like that Phasma is chromed.

I'm out with The Last Jedi. I've come to realize that the characters just don't interest me enough to buy toys of them, which sucks after buying some TFA stuff. I'm going to wait until after Ep 9 comes out before I decide if these characters are worthy of being in my collection.

However, when is Ep 4 Leia coming out?

BTW, wow is that site moving slow as hell. I've had the window open for 10 minutes now and it hasn't even loaded half of its pictures.

Now that I got the page to load and could look at the pictures... disappointment. Nothing is good enough to spend money on IMO. The guards with the plastic skirts are a joke, good luck getting any decent action pose out of those without making it look horrible.

Same goes for Rey sadly, seems like the legs won't really go anywhere.

I can't read Japanese but from google translate it looks like they are bonuses? It seems like you need to purchase both figures releasing in each month to get the respective BB units.

Which kind of sucks because I was hoping Rey would come with BB-8.

But damn, that Movie Realization Darth Maul looks sick. That's the first one of the bunch I really like. Seems like he has a removable mask too! Or at least a different head.

Hella tempted to get that one.

If you do in fact have to buy both figures to get one of the BB-8s than that is a flat out load of crap.

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure but either way I don't want any of the figures that BB-8 could come with. lol. I'll probably wait and see if it shows up on Mandarake or something for a reasonable price instead.

If it's one, I was going to give in and get the Guard so I'll have at least one of them (because they'll probably not end up mattering much in the movie, so don't want to go all in). But both... Meh. Really don't see a need for a less interestingly costumed Kylo.

But Mandarake for it might not be a bad route.

See I want those red troopers, but I think I could safely wait till they pop up on Mandarake. Either that or just get the Black Series version and just army build them.

I like the new looks, though yes I agree the plastic skirts on the red guards kinda sucks, but I'll take them anyway.
Unfortunately, I won't be getting any of them, right now anyway. I haven't bought a Star Wars SHF since before the Rogue One figures, due to lack of funds. :(
But I want them all, and if I can find a way to preorder any of them, I will, for the bonuses, I feel like they'd be expensive to track down on Mandarake.

The red guys? Snoke's equivalent of Imperial Royal Guards I guess. Would be nice if the First Order had something that wasn't completely derivative of the Empire but the designs are cool.

Be nice if a Royal Guard-type character got to do something on screen.

That too, hopefully the fact these guys have proper weapons is a good sign.

Ordered 4 of them just now once they were opened on AmiAmi...

Got the Kylo + Guard pack because I want BB-8.

Also got the Rey + Guard pack because I want Rey. Double checked HLJ first just in case they weren't doing them just as packs and it wasn't just an AmiAmi thing and couldn't find any of the new stuff when searching so went for it, not wanting to miss out...

Then when I went to update my orders on MyFigureCollection, see that the HLJ bot has posted a link to Rey... Just Rey... about a minute beforehand. Still can't find them in search but the pages are there. And now I also see AmiAmi has them separate, just not from the home page. And now I feel real freaking dumb. Real dumb.

But have a huuuge December order on AmiAmi so don't want to risk fucking it all up by asking them to remove one item. :(

If they are available individually I'll get Rey.

HLJ has the non-SW Figuarts up for today (Grabbed Kid Goku) so the Star Wars stuff should show up very soon too.

EDIT: They're up at HLJ now, both two-packs and single figures.

God this is so dumb. Just give BB-8 to Rey as an accessory and do the same with the other droids, one for Kylo, one for Phasma etc. but I guess they want to make sure the troopers sell.

Also Darth Maul reissue, that's a good one to buy if you haven't gotten him the first time around.

AmiAmi actually was willing to cancel my Rey & Guard set. That was fortunate. As was all of the single releases still being in stock everywhere this morning, so I added a single Rey to my order. Much happier about that.

All the two-packs look sold out where they were listed though.

Rey is the only one I need too but December is shaping up to be a very big month for me too. Haha. I'm actually kind of surprised that the two figure sets have all sold out. I guess the BB units are more popular than I thought.

Oh wow, Maul's Sith Speeder is actually being released. I didn't think that would ever actually happen.

Man, as good as the delta SHFs look, they kinda suck. I get that the legs are gonna be restricted by the dress but theres literally no point in having leg joints if the legs cant actually move.

You lose out on a few pieces between versions. Super Sailor Mercury lacks the computer and visor, for example.
