First! I play the card Polymerization! And fuse my two monsters together! Next by using the *inserts some random special effect* I synchro summon this monster! Now I overlay my Fusion and Synchro monster together! And Now I use this random new Yu Gi Oh mechanic that has been introduced to Arc V!

So I got caught up with Yugioh Arc-V up to the recent episode 24 and boy...

This show is really really sloooooooooooooooooow. We are 24 freaking episodes in and we know nothing. We dont know where the Pendulum Cards come from, we dont know who these guys are that uses the powerful Xyz monsters, we dont know why they are here, we dont know why one of them looks like Yuya etc. etc.

I know that Yugioh was always rather slowpaced in recent years but this is really painful to sit through.

Hellsing Ultimate Eps 1 & 2 were AWESOME, Gurren Lagann episode for still has the shitty animation, episode 5, still confusing as hell, even though this is the 3rd time watching Gurren Lagann EVER :lol.

I've only watched the first 4 episodes of Hellsing Ultimate. It is awesome, but I've decided to not watch it again until the whole series has been released in a single box set.

Wow, they are up to 24? I stopped watching Arc-V after episode... 1...

Dude, just watch the episodes on Toonami, it's REALLY worth it.

So anime news network reported that Tōru Furuya Will voice Sabo in one piece in the dress rosa arc. He also Voiced tuxedo mask in sailor moon and yamcha in the dragon ball franchise and armaro ray in Gundam

I finally finished the Red Ribbon Army arc of Dragon Ball along with the Baba stuff. I absolutely loved the RRA stuff but my god, I don't think the anime dragged the Baba tournament out enough. I'm pretty sure they could have stretched out the fight with Dracula for another 13 minutes and the fight with Devil for another 15. :lol

Just watched all of Inferno Cop. Not sure what the hell I just watched, but it was awesome :lol

I hope Trigger do pull through and make another season.

Finished Kotoura-San recently. Not bad. Now I'm about to rewatch Durarara.

Gundam Unicorn Episode 3

So Marida was actually a Puru clone? Did not see that shit coming. is this what people meant by a ZZ subplot because damn, that's quite a hit to the nuts. Although if she was Puru two I'd be more interested as she was in the show and it'd be interesting to see how she joined the Sleeves.

Along with the revelation that the Unicorn can use mobile suits' Newtype weapons against its original user. They were referring to it as a Newtype destroyer. So if its purpose is to destroy Newtypes yet be piloted by a Newtype....

I still think the Laplace Box evolves Newtypes and this gives my idea more credence. This Newtype would have supreme mental capabilities and destroy any sort of numerical Newtype advantage the Federation has, therefore, easily able to destroy the Federation.

I thought from the prview that it was going to be a mini Char's Counterattack with the burning debrees, me presuming it was that meteor Banagher got taken to in episode 2

My only complaint about this show so far is that the Unicorn only seems to get shit done in Destroy mode, in terms of taking down mobile suits. Does Banagher get better at managing Unicorn mode?

I'm currently on Episode 7, and so far Unicorn Mode does get it's fair share of kicking butt.

Gundam Unicorn Episode 4.

Supposedly the worst episode of Unicorn. Well....

The one thing that turned me off this episode was that it felt like it had little to do with the overarching story progression. The glimpses we do see could have been put into other episodes. It felt like it was trying to sell me model kits. For such a high quality show such as Unicorn (also being an OVA you have to pay for) that feeling felt disappointing.

One thing I liked was how accurate Bright sounded. you could have told me they resurrected his voice actor from the dead and I would have believed you due to how accurate he sounds.

Something I didn't care for was the whole "Newtype infatuation" thing that Banagher had with the chick in the giant mobile armor. Seriously, we've seen Gundam do this shit a lot of times before, only this time with a vengence twist. But it was badass to see the Delta Plus jut rip the Unicorn's rifle out of it's hand and shoot lol. Reminds me of Setsuna's coldheartedness.

I didn't like the wandering through the desert segment because Banagher already spent time with the bad guys in episode 2.

I still need to buy Unicorn 5-7. I haven't even bothered watching 3 and 4 because I want to watch the whole series in one shot.

Gundam unicorn Episode 5

I think I am going to have to rewatch this show in the near future because this episode really confused me.

Marida reconditioned and is piloting a Black unicorn, the Banshee. Wait, wasn't the normal Unicorn supposed to be used to figure the location of Laplace's Box, why the hell is there two then?

And I got really confused about the Federation capturing Banagher and then he joined up with the Sleeves.... so he switched sides? Oh wait, the Feds that aren't on the Nahel Argama or Bright are corrupt as fuck and want to get the Unicorn so they don't discover the box.....



Episode 6 was a major step up and didn't confuse me.

We have the Sleeves and the Nahel working together temporarily to escape the corrupt Feds and we have some intense hostage pointing guns at everyone scenarios. But it was cool to see Marida back to normal and accept he"master" as her father. And Banagher finally is no longer being led by the nose of whoever has captured him at the moment.

Full Frontal's plan was....eh? A political pact that leaves out Earth? That's it? All of this destruction and loss of life to get the box just to tease the Feds and not dissolve Zeon for some stupid economic pact that leaves the Earth out in the cold when they could easily rehabilitate it on it's own? Are you fucking kidding me. I mean it was better then the last few Neo-Zeon attempts but seriously?



Still waiting on the show to tell use who that old dude who keeps watching everything is and if the Box contains what I think it does.

Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt is one of the most vile, disgusting, twisted, immature and raunchy series ever and no one should ever watch it ever.

Thus, you need to watch it. It is hilarious. :lol

Gundam Unicorn Episode 7

Wow.... the best ending I have ever seen in a Gundam series. The most tears, the most gripping action, the biggest twist and the most satisfying conclusion. As much as like Awakening of the Trailblazer's ending, this episode is now my favorite ending.

Marida Cruz's death felt.... good. Usually, when characters I like in Gundam die, they usual die in a shitty way or it just feels wrong. This death felt appropriate and is probably the best Gundam death I've seen. It didn't feel cheesy like a lot of U.C. female deaths, ti was very heartfelt. The fact that she had something unique to say to everyone made my heart jump. I'm glad she ended up a good guy and I will deinfltey get the Khsatriya when I can.

All right, time for the thing that I've been speculating this entire time the Laplace box is.... a document? I was surprised at the initial reveal, with Gundam Unicorn having such crazy tech and battles being ridiculously insane, I would have thought the Box would have been something more supernatural. The reveal is that one article under the Federation Constitution is that new humans have priority in the government.

After sitting and thinking about that reveal, it does make sense how it could destroy the Federation. The federation itself has never really acknowledged Newtypes as a real thing. None of their mobile suits has weapons compatible with their abilities (even if you count Nu and Alex, Nu was under Londo Bell, which technically isn't Earth Federation Forces and Alex was just faster reaction speed.) Zeon is the ones who have given many people the weapons to use their abilities. So if this article would be revealed under the wrong circumstances, it would cause a never ending racial war between Newtypes and Oldtypes, making the Federation's exist to keep a corrupted peace impossible. While it wasn't what I expected, I think it was one of those clever kinds of things like the ELS in 00 where had they taken it the more traditional/easy to write route, it would have made the ending far less special.

Wow, the Neo Zeong did less then I thought. Okay, it went into Super God mode and destroyed every weapon the unicorns had but it never felt destructive. Like, if it destroyed a colony or something, I'd be scared as shit but it just flies around and grabs the Unicorn. Banagher and Full Frontal travelling through time was really weird. Visions like this happen in Gundam all the time but that was some trippy shit. I just love how Full Frontal just casually remarks about going to the end of time now.

Full Frontal was sort of vague. I guess he was Char's spirit, with FF's death now passing on into the afterlife along with Amuro and Lalah but it's never really clear if his body was just some crazy dude who emptied himself or a cyber newtype based body created by Zeon just for that purpose.

But the biggest kicker was at the end, when Banshee Norn turned Green, Mineva revealed the Box and the Unicorn turned crystallized. First of all, about damn time that the Norn got a similar power level to the Unicorn. Secondly, it was cool to see a twist on the Newtype powers Deus ex Machina thing from Char's Counter Attack where instead of moving Axis, they block the laser entirely. And the fact that it was Mineva who got to reveal the box and have the differences between the Spacenoids and Earthlings be quelled with the reveal was quite satisfying and wraps up the entire arc of Zeon.

But I did get my evolved newtype though. With Riddhe saying that Banagher is a Perfected Newtype, I got what I wanted to see from Unicorn.

So what did I think of Unicorn overall? I liked the beginning and I loved the ending to death but the middle (episodes 4 and 5).... I have to rewatch it in English to see. That ending alone is legendary and propels it to my number two favorite Gundam series (00 is still number 1 to me but a rewatch of Unicorn may change that.)

Soul Eater Not! is getting an English dub! :D

Eureka 7 episode 10

Holland and Talhoe were in a relationship Well that made that ring purchase a couple episodes back make more sense.

Good god coming back and watching Renton awkwardly try to talk to Eureka is the most cringe worthy thign I've seen in awhile.

And that girl in the orange dress in the opening finally makes her proper appearance.

Holy shit the end fight scene from this episode was really intense. With the red attack and what not. I still have no idea what is inside that cloud and why the military and Gekko has to attack it.

Is that girl piloting that Dark LFO a dark counterpart or replacement to Eureka? Because it wouldn't be too much of a stretch if the government got another girl like Eureka once the Gekkostate left.

Watched Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions episode 1

...I don't know how I feel about it yet...

I know I'm suppose to be thinking Rika is the cutest thing ever...but her insistence on interfering with Yuta's life is kind of bugging me. If he decided he wants to forget his delusions and create a new life for himself in high school he should be able to. And if the people around school get to know about the delusions it's bound to be alienating...

maybe I'm biased because of how my first year of middle school went. I went to talk to the one person I knew from my old school and meet a girl named 'M'. I became friends with her only to find out later that by becoming friends with her I alienated myself from the rest of the class, no one liked her because they saw here as annoying. I stood by her because she was my friend, but as she and my old friend kept getting in fights, and 'M' started grating on my nerves by always being in her own word and not listening when I said I didn't want to do something...I just felt trapped. Thankfully I changed schools at the end of that year and my other two years of Middle school were a lot better.

But Rika reminds me a lot of 'M', and since Yuta did all he can to transfer it's not like he has that way out...

who knows, maybe I'm over thinking this. I do want to watch a few more episodes before making a decision.

You should definitely keep watching it. Trust me. :lol

Just finished Deadman Wonderland. Read up on it a boatload too because I wanted to know more and man, a second season of that show would have been great.

Trust me, Phantom, and a lot of others when we say to keep watching, the ride gets funnier, more emotional, and just god flapjacks dammit awesome.

I will, I mean I want to like Rika...it's just she is reminding me of 'M' so much...and if Yuta ends of feeling he has to become her friend because he feels sorry for her...then he will be like how I was in that situation.

And it may sound heartless, but I don't remember a fun time with her or her good qualities. She was kind of delusional I guess like Rika, and dragged me along, not listening to me like Rika(Haruhi too on another note) and I had no choice. I was shy, I didn't know how to go up and meet knew classmates on my own and the fact they looked down on me for being 'M's' friend made it worse.

I don't blame 'M' at all for that, all the 'cool kids' at the school were jerks. Once 'M' started hyperventilating after Gym and I took her to the nurses office and could only rub her back to try and support her as the nurse tried to help, and she ended up having to go to the hospital(she got better). But after that traumatic experience of having to see my friend go through that(still liked her at the time)...I got to my chorus class and my classmates response was 'well of course, she always get's sick'. I wanted to punch them in the face for saying something so heartless, but I don't think I said anything.

Given the choice I would of rather become friends with 'M' instead of the 'cool kids' but I wish I was able to chose instead of being dragged against my will. Then maybe I wouldn't feel a spark of resentment whenever I thought about it...

why am I over thinking this :lolol

Eureka 7 episode 12

Holy shit that was fucking trippy. Considering I just came from time-travelling Newtype psyco visions in Gundam Unicorn, this episode is even fucking weirder.

Episode 13

Not much. But that military dude looks like an older Renton. I see some parallels here....

One piece episode 663 luffy astonished the ma. Who inherits aces will. Was a great episode Every thing that built up to the end of this moment. And my god Sabo VA was great and I think he was a great choice as the VA. Can't wait till next week hopefully we get see sabo in action and we see him win flare flare fruit

Honestly I think that's a good sign, one of the show main strengths is that it doesn't force any opinion regarding Chuunibyo on you, different characters have different takes and different experiences regarding the syndrome, and all of em are valid and accepted.
So, if you think Rikka's wrong or the like, that is a valid opinion that will be explored.
At no point the show asks the viewer to agree with her.

Though to be fair, Rikka and Yuta aren't necessarily the greatest aspect of the show the other character might prove to be more interesting to you.

That's good. And yeah after rewatching the first episode and watching half of the second today I did find myself enjoying it more.

Spoiling myself I do feel sorry for Rika, and I know if I met her/met someone like her now I would want to help...I mean the refusing eye drops because she thinks it is 'holy water' and such is really worrying as it shows her delusions are negatively effecting how she interacts with the world.

For the past few years I've volunteered over the summer with kids with learning disabilities, and am going to college to become a teacher, so I can't help looking at Rika as an 'instructor' and think that she might need some professional help.
