Why even make these if there going to be Web Exclusives. It like Bandai has no faith that they will sell. You know it feels like the Sentai line all over again but it replace with Dc and Marvel. I have to wonder how long the Dc line will sell before the line goes the Sentai route hmmm?

Considering DC and Marvel are now being brought over here, including the Web Exclusives, they're likely more vested in higher sales overseas (as in, US) as opposed to at home (Japan).

Web Exclusive is not a mark of death, they just don't want it clogging shelves domestically when they have more popular and profitable brands they can put out.

I'm surprised Superman is an exclusive (Flash not so much, and Aquaman and Cyborg will almost certainly be the same), but I guess that's because he's probably not in the movie all that much?

Eventually I'll have a Green Lantern figuart. Till then, at least Yamcha is finally getting one.

Not to mention that the collector market for this sort of thing in Japan is probably a lot smaller than it is in the US. I know I say this a lot but I still don't get why everyone complains about web exclusives when it's become far easier to get exclusives than it is main line releases sometimes.

Anyways, I'd be interested in seeing if we get a TV Flash figuarts.

I know I say this a lot too, but the answer is that paying 20-30 bucks extra plus shipping and import fees for a single figure isn't fun for everybody.

Especially if you live in a country which has no access to distributors like Bluefin.

Superman is probably an exclusive because they probably think that he won't sell well at retail. Even Injustice SHF Superman was an exclusive.

Yeah this definitely. I enjoy not having to preorder a figure the moment it goes up for order but the added costs do stack up. Especially when it seems most of the stuff I want these days is exclusive.

So, the ANH-Vader Figuart sucks. It's just terrible. The helmet looks awful and the clash between the cloth for the cape and the sculpted plastic for the robe is so ugly.

The real shame is that Hasbro's Black Series Vader they did for Rogue One is 10 times better than this. And you can get that one for like 20-25 bucks.

Sorry Tamashii, this one's just not good. I really hope the Empire Strikes Back-version that'll come around in 5 years finally delivers, but both previous attempts don't do it for me.

So the next Kingdom Hearts release is going to be Roxas and I'm surprised by how kind of... underwhelmed I am.

I still think he looks really good, but I don't really care for him with the Organization XIII coat nor that he's only shown with another Kingdom Key and not a unique Keyblade. So it feels weird, since I love the series so much, but as is, would probably pass on this one and hope for his Twilight Town outfit. Although, if the Org. XIII one does in the end at least include Oathkeeper and Oblivion, might reconsider heh.

Any new Dragon Ball figuarts got shown off yet? I would imagine we would get a Figuart of Hit by now.

The biggest Star Wars surprise is probably Episode I Padme/Amidala's though. Such an odd choice.. Probably wouldn't ever get her, but still like seeing the prequels get attention.

I guess because it's a pretty iconic design? Honestly any time I think of Amidala it's the first thing I think of just because of how much it was promoted at the time of release

The biggest Star Wars surprise for me is that there is still no Boba Fett yet. WTF.

SHF TLJ Rey is out and Hacchaka's got some nice photos! Her face looks a bit more anime/cartoonish but the resemblance is there. I can't wait to get her in hand.

Received JL Wonder Woman yesterday and I have to say, she is looking a lot better than in the initial prototypes Bandai had on display.

I think the key to photograph her well will be to get the lighting just right for the face. Otherwise she still suffers from light eyebrows and lips. The one major flaw with the figure itself though is definitely the way they did her hair. Her head movement is severely limited unfortunately.

With the success of Devilman Crybaby, I want more Devilman figuarts. The 70's TV Devilman figuart is really cool. I do want one based on the manga and even the other anime versions (The Amon Devilman design is my favorite design).

The premise is basically a woman requests Devilman to help save her dad but when he tries to summon his wings the guy living in the house is scolding him for being loud in the middle of the night.

Been messing with Mickey for a few days now and... Meh.

He's definitely going to be the weakest, that much should have been obvious from the start. Just surprised by how fiddly he is for somebody so small and with relatively so few joints. Both forearms on mine are super loose and spin around a ton when trying to pop on hands or position them.

And not that his legs are long enough to make use of them, especially with the coat impeding them, but not having knees is kinda lame.

Still think it's cool to have a high end Mickey from Kingdom Hearts - and will always love these Keyblades and their real chains haha - but really just looking forward to Donald and Goofy now more for something a bit better too.

(Oh and I totally just forgot he had a tail and didn't attach it for a few days lol.)

I'm really hoping someone has a manga/Crybaby one in the works. I like the 70s series version but I want one with the satyr legs.

ToyArk only has a few of its many galleries up now for Bluefin's display at Toy Fair this weekend, but the ones they do have are all ones I'll be interested in. And...

There is literally nothing new yet. :( That's pretty disappointing. No new Kingdom Hearts (Roxas isn't even there, just the ones released/set to release). No new DBZ. No new DC.

Maybe they'll have something Marvel or anime, but meh. And Bandai doesn't usually have a presence at WonFes, right?

I'm sure there'll be pleeeenty of other toy news this weekend between the two to get excited about, but not on this front huh. Hope to be surprised though.

I don't know how much they usually show at Toy Fair or if they update the displays later but so far it really is a wasteland of nothingness as far as announcements go.

I wonder when they will finally pick up the pace on Star Wars again, they have so many unreleased figures for that one.

Hell, even in terms of "anime" figures they've been having the whole gamut of Naruto figures with a new one snuck in there. Pretty sure it's through Bluefin that we first saw Madara and Jiraiya. (Speaking of, Jiraiya's finally coming in stock at BBTS so I'll have the two of them on the way to me soon yay.) But this time it's... just Sage Naruto. Ugh.

And I know they're limited in what Marvel stuff they can bring over, but in Toyark's pictures I don't remember even seeing one outside of a small section on face print technology.

I haven't forgotten about Wonfes, but like I said before, isn't Bandai's presence usually smaller than other companies? Maybe I'm remembering wrong there too.

Yeah, it’s definitely smaller but things have been revealed there in the past. Kamen Rider Bravo and Ultron are ones that immediately spring to mind.

Dr. Strange: Just lighter color and gloved hands. The portal effect is cool, but not at all worth it since I have the original.

Star-Lord: Same here. He has a new shirt and slightly different accent colors on the jacket. The face printing looks a little better too, but sculpt's still basically the same. Not getting him..

Captain America: Alright maybe. If he gets the new shield. So strange he's not pictured with it.

Iron Spider: Oh hell yeah.

Iron Man: Wasn't sure I'd get the next Iron Man since I have so many armors now (and only like half of the available ones even), but his accessories look to make him stand out so.. probably will.

Black Widow: Regret passing on the AoU one because I didn't like the outfit, and even though I'd prefer her in my collection with the red hair, I'm not missing again.

Black Panther: That's a long time to get the new suit. Shame it didn't come out with his movie. But cool we're getting it. If only they had done Killmonger too, but since he was saved for IW, that's probably not happening..
