It was actually a very smart move on their part.

If they can pull off another Time Force then sure. Time Force was very faithful to Timeranger with some minor changes from what I can remember.

Lost Galaxy to Wild Force was done well.

And I hear Samurai is pretty similar to Shinkenger and look how that turned out...

How similar IS Lost Galaxy to Gingaman? I keep hearing that it is...but if so...is it really better for it? I'm in the middle of re-watching Lost Galaxy now and I like it, it's pretty ambitious and has some cool moments and nice character development but....there are massive plot holes because of the story they're wanting to tell clashing with the whole Gingaman plotlines they adapt.

It's barely similar at all. The villains are pirates trying to power up their castle-siting-on-a-dinosaur by stealing earth resources only to be foiled by 5 people from Dances with Wolves on Ice who inherited ancient power from giant alien animals who fight for peace in the galaxy.

And if you remember Furio the lemon-head guy, he's actually the final boss in Megaranger. In Gingaman the first general is Villimax... who happens to be a hotshot punk with twin pistols and a dirt bike.

I think they'll do something original. Which I would be alright with. As much as I adore, worship, and love Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, I wouldn't want them to do a straight adaptation.
That being said I'd be alright with something similar to how they handled Timeranger/Time Force. Or even Lightspeed Rescue. Which were to of my favorite Saban seasons. (Yes Time Force, I said I hated Eric. Liked the show)
And the bounty hunters could still be DeBoss. If Saban follows the same formula they've been following recently, then we could very well end up with an American Enter and Escape. But then have them be working for something more sinister which will be revealed in season 2 of Dino Charge. The Deboss.

I know that sounds a lot like Megaforce but still.

I don't know what I want from Dino Charge. I just want it to be competently made.

I wonder if the other rangers will play more of a role than they did in Kyoryu. It would be nice to have Violet, Cyan, and Grey to show up more often.

Especially Violet, i would have loved to see that suit used more often.
