This is why I said I am messing around with my new camera as I just got it 2 hours ago.

EDIT: Nevermind with question 1, I see what you mean. For some reason the pictures are gigantic. That is weird though because I didn't touch anything in the settings to make them bigger. The only thing I have done thus far is get the wifi connected so I can upload my pictures wirelessly.

They're 4608 x 3456 pixels each. That can be problematic to load for certain users' connections, and although the site automatically resizes the pictures, the full resolution has to be loaded first. So for the time being, I've changed them to links.

As for resizing, practically all image editing software (MS Paint, Photoshop, and many equivalents on other platforms) have resizing options. Your camera should also have the option to record in smaller sizes if you don't want to go through the trouble of individually resizing. Preferably, a picture should be less than 1000 pixels in width.

I think I figured out the issue. My new camera is 16MP, while my old one is 8. I think if I just change the settings to 8MP, the pictures will come out the same way they normally do. Sucks though, as my camera is TOO good for its own good. I guess that is what I should expect since it came out a month ago.

It's better to take pictures at a higher resolution then re-size them with some kind of photo editing software.

Perhaps, but if you have 50 photos, you are not going to want to use editing soft ware to resize 50 photos.

You can consider using flickr, they provide links to post images for diff sizes without having do the resizing yourself.

ok...will get a picture when done...but had a dumbass epiphany about my Figuart boxes...I mean I had them initially on display with the figures...but yeah they are taking up realestate...then when stepping back to see how to reasses the cluster of a display room I backed into an empty DVD rack...most Figuart boxes, while thicker, are about the same size as a DVD...and lo and behold them badboys are fitting JUST fine! some of the larger like the Ryuki stuff are going on the top shelf...but this just saved me a TON of room and still leaves them near by if I want to change hands and stuff..

It's cool. I created an account at Photobucket. Plus, I looked at my old camera's settings and I had always been taking photos on the lowest setting, which I never realized before.
