Caused both Amazon outbreaks, could have realistically done something about Chihiro eating Nanaha had he been around (perhaps helping him control his urges), got himself blinded, pushed Mamoru into well-intentioned extremist territory (which in turn caused tons of tragedy for Hiroki and Team X) and caused the doctor to turn into an Amazon, resulting in both his death and Iyu's, which is probably part of the reason for Captain Codeine's current detachment from anything and everything. Damn, Jin..... |
With the meaning behind Chihiro's name (Thousand wings) and title of the next episode called VANISHING WINGS, something major's gonna happen to Chihiro.

Yeah it's like he's trying to right his wrongs but by doing that he's made it even worse. |

RE: Boy, you are irritating, Chihiro!
I think that it's important to remember that, although Chihiro looks to be 18-21, he's in fact only FIVE YEARS OLD. This explains a lot about his character's highly emotional state and his dogged insistence on Iyu being something beyond a Amazombie. My personal theory on Chihiro and Nanaha is that, though tempted, Chihiro did not eat his mother and she Amazoned to protect him from 4C but, unfortunately, died in the process. 4C, not realizing the Mother / Son dynamic at play here, "rescue" him. Also, Nanaha's Amazon arm is the origin of the lysogenic outbreak. |

Episode 9 hit and it's a game changer.
While Chihiro's on his way to be frozen, the thought of never seeing Iyu again causes him to hulk out into this monstrous Amazon form and starts laying waste to everything, while killing Tachibana and Kano. When Chihiro turns back to normal, he runs away after relizing what he did. Kurosaki straight up tells Iyu to kill Chihiro. |
This was the most pack ep of Season 2 ever. Damn Chihiro turn into a monster amazon and went totla insane. He killed all of the new team and Tachibana and Kano. All the while Iyu just stood there and did nothing crazy. After that he ran away wow crazy.
Omega Neo Amazon was in this ep as well and the old team for the hunt. The leader of the old team was killed by that invisible amazon. I starting to wonder if with these new kind of power that the amazons had was shown in today ep will there be a season 3? I have a strong feeling we gonna have a season 3 maybe? |

Spoiler police! :lol

Well it's seriously not cool when the episode just freaking came out and isn't subbed. I did not want to freaking read that. This is a general topic for the show since (for whatever reason) it doesn't get episode specific discussions, so some freaking courtesy would be great.
|
I've added tags to the original post, not that it's much help for those who've already seen it.
But yeah, a bit of courtesy for those not watching raws please? Thanks. |

I personally hate spoiler tags. I have having to tap my screen (because I use a tablet) in order to read something. Call me lazy, I don't care. So I will have my fun with those that make me do things I don't like. :lol I'm one of those people that don't cqre about being spoiled. People that go "oh my god, don't say anything! I'm a whole season behind." get on my nerves. Mainly because I'm trying to have a conversation with someone that's on the same page as me, and I have to stop my good conversation because of them.

Not everyone has the same mindset though. Especially for things that came out two days ago and don't have English subtitles yet. Saying "So I will have my fun with those that make me do things I don't like." just makes you sound incredibly self-entitled. |
Wow. That was brutal. Also very ironic, his human kill count in episode 9 is much much much higher than his Amazon kill count in general. This is the guy who said that he is a human and he will exterminate all Amazonz.
So those arms that were seen capturing Nanaha wasn't multiple Amazonz, but they were all Chihiro's. Which makes me wonder, was those arms found by Mamoru Nanaha's mutated arms or Chihiro's separated arms? Kano was such a loyal guy. You can tell that Reika was really sad when he died. |

WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED THIS EPISODE?!
Chihiro murderizes everything, half of the cast is dead and the other half have totally switched sides. Jesus, that was some Red Wedding level shit. |
Kanou, a true professional to the very end. And very loyal. He shall be missed.
|
Chunks. So many.... Chunks...
|
Chihiro's true form was pretty crazy especially with the six arms and the tentacles. My guess for the invisible Amazon is that it's Nanaha and instead of Chihiro killing her, he infected her with his cells so that why she has those tentacles also. Best part hands down was Kanou's final moment.
|
Man, Kanou has to be every company's dream employee. A professional to the very end, he didn't let a simple thing like losing his bottom half distract from his task at hand. He managed to stay very calm and tendered his resignation before dying. What a badass!
|
Was anyone else expecting Kanou to be a robot who bleeds milk?
|
Kano died has he lived, always on the phone.

For those who are reading this and still have not seen this episode yet and is reading this I just have to tell you this. Watch it now before I come over there and let my foot make some sweet passionate love to your ass.
HOLY SHIT! Just damn I knew shit was going to happen but not to this level. I can tell with this episode Kanou will become a fan favorite character because damnit man your lower half is gone! Your intestines probably went down Iyu's back so you are allowed to show more emotion! His severed balls must of been huge! They even showed to some extent Tachibana's bone coming out of his leg. Also Tachibana was just fun to watch this episode. So next episode Jin might be an actual father to Chihiro. Jin the father of the first Tentacle Monster Kamen Rider. Quote:

Just finished catching up on season 2. Actually have been enjoying it well enough. Latest episode was pretty intense, though I really wish it could have used more practical effects and less crappy cgi. I'd been unable to avoid spoilers, so I knew the scene was coming and that it was gonna be brutal, but the obviously fake tendrils really took the bite out of it, imo. But well, I guess that's just my opinion on Amazons in general.
Anyway, I took a while to get started on this one and I hang out in places where Kamen Rider is discussed, so I'd really been spoiled on most everything from the last 9 episodes. Hopefully I can stay spoiler-free for the last stretch. I'm interested in seeing how this all ends. |

Nanaha is back!
|
Called that Nanaha twist last week. I knew Chihiro's tentacles in Origin form had to be genetic making him have some sort of relation to the invisible amazon.
|
I was expecting that as well. It also put's a completely different spin to "She wanted me to send you to her." Going to be interesting as to how certain characters react to this.
