McDonalds is a heck of a lot more common than Gamestop and TRU. As long as you don't have to buy Kid's Meal to get a code(Since they're doing Pokemon as the Kid's Meal during that time). People shouldn't be complaining about the location since McDonald's are around every corner in the US lol.

As a former McDonalds employee I can say that handling this would be akward for both the customer and employee

It's a fast food restaurant. It shouldn't be happening there. Don't care if they do it in Japan too or that there's more of them than other stores.

They should just be over Wi-Fi period, but at least doing it at a game store made a tiny bit more sense before.

They're doing it to go along with the Pokemon Kid's Meals at that time. It does make sense for them to do it there.

Yeah and you have to BUY the kids meal to get the code bullshit. It should just be free like it was at GameStop before where u did not have to pay.

They sometimes have free wifi, just not all of them.
