Ah yes the movie that has the director be high as a kite. Look, we all know this movie's most likely gonna bomb but I personally feel Marvel's throwing a shitfit by killing every character not under their MCU banner.

At this point with all the deaths they announced it's become childish that they are so upset over not being able to do each Marvel movie the way they want to they go around retconning and killing everything not Avengers/GOTG/Shield.

It's petty and screams cashgrab.

How are they killing every character thats not owned by Marvel Studios? The X-men arent owned by them and they still have a gigantic presence in the comics same with Spider-Man.

The only ones that got their book cancelled are the FF and thats pretty much because the FF books are selling badly for years.

The only petty thing is Fans always seeing some stupid conspiracy happening when there really isnt one.

Correction: They're killing of thier characters that aren't finacially critical to the comics arm of Marvel's stability. Ain't no way Marvel is killing off all the Xmen, as its one of thier popular titles. One or two like Deadpool or Wolverine? Much easier.

But it defintley is fishy to see these specifc characters to get the axe where as Spidey and the rest of the Marvel characters don't.

Deaths are just the same as they always are, publicity stunts which will get overturned in a certain amount of time. And in the meantime they'll just fill it up with another publicity stunt by having a different character take up the mantle.

Deadpool and Wolverine are the two best selling X-Men characters Marvel has and by there nature cant be characters you kill forever. Deadpool is immortal you cant kill him he is bound to come back.

And even without them you know have the weekly Wolverines series thats their so Marvel can make more money from Wolverine even after he is dead.

There is no "marvel is killing character they cant make movies of" its just not there and its insane to even suggest they would be so stupid to attempt such a thing. Nothings changes if their books arent published anymore. The movies will still make money or bomb regardless of what the comics are doing.

Wait FF got cancelled? Wow...

They are in the last arc of the current volume yes. They will get a relaunch somewhere down the line like they always get. The only question is how long till that happens.

Just think its funny that everyone cries foul when the FF get cancelles or Wolverine gets cancelled to not just make room for a Miniseries thats in the top 10 best selling comics of 2014 but also a new weekly series revolving completely around Wolverines death. Buuuut when Amazing Spider-Man got cancelled and replaced by Superior Spider-Man there wasnt a single one who said it was because Marvel Studios didnt have the rights to Spider-Man.
