Pinkie rapping aside this episode was okay. Not good, not bad just of in the middle. Did like the moral at the end though and going into how Rainbow operates while flying was pretty clever.

... Also, was I the only one that notice that the first three members of the mane six to be introduced were the ones with wings? (First Twi, then Rainbow and finally Fluttershy)

Yeah, I felt that part was pushing her zaniness a bit... doesn't help that it was pretty bad and hurt my ears thus reducing my drive to re-watch it.

I didn't hate it. It was intentionally cheesy and invoked the feeling of 80's/early 90's rap/hip-hop videos very well.
It just kind of...Appeared (Who were her back up crew, btw?), and even though it evoked the feel of those kinds of vids, it doesn't mean they were good to begin with :lol

Well, even still, Pinkie looked exceedingly cute in that outfit x3

And considering that the Wonderbolts are an exhibitionist flight team, I was expecting them to be the only members in the episode.

Then Pinkie showed up and did a 90's-tastic rap.

I'm glad everyone got to show up. After the barren cast of last week's episode, it was nice.

Well, remember. The key episodes are about breaking their core value (Except in Fluttershutter's case) to solve their problem, so if they don't break the formula, it wouldn't be about Twi strengthening her bond, but about her breaking it to have an easy out to an issue she's facing.

People go crazy over MMPR because of the action (Back in the day) and the nostalgia (Today).
People go insane over Sailor Moon because...Because.

It's what happens when you let some tropes and cliches stay prevalent.
It's everywhere in anime, only starting to die down recently. The quiet, shy, mousy girl? Most likely to be the most well endowed girl in the series.

Luna had some really good interactions with Sweetie Belle in this episode, I like how she brought up her turning into Night Mare Moon in regards to what Sweetie Belle did to Rarity's headdress.

I enjoyed that it was brought up, and the overall message of the episode. It's nice and Luna and Sweetie Belle have surprisingly nice chemistry together.

It's definitely one of my favorites. Season 4 has been quite the strong season, and I loved this one in particular~
