It was probably just promo shots to sell the new riders and at the time everyone was against Yggdrasil.I'm not 100% sure where the series is heading,but I do know there are quite a few factions.

1.Yggdrasil,basically Micchy and Takatora
2.Whatever group Ryouma's is
3.Kaito.Yeah,he said he is with Ryouma but he has never helped them out and has been using them to find the Overlords,that's it.
4.Kouta.He's basically by himself.Only one I've seen help him is Knuckle.
5.The freelancers,Baron and Gridon.

This is going to lead to a major battle in the end,which is always a good thing.I still believe Kaito is going to betray Ryouma's group when he gets what he needs,and I think once he fights against Kouta,that's when Kouta will get his final form.

I think that Takatora and Micchy are both on their own sides because Micchy is really only looking out for himself and everyone else has their own agendas that Takatora doesn't even realize he's by himself.

Knuckle is really on Kouta's side because Zack just wants to help people.

I don't know if anything has really changed because I haven't seen episode 25 yet.

You know everyone else might lose their powers or die and it could end up like how it was in the first episode. I hope not because I love Knuckle and the Energy Riders but it is a possibility.

It looks like it with the pointed hat-kind-of-thing and the elf-like ears, however, this picture does not match up to the "one-horn sticking up" silhouette.

Crest is definitely a different design, but I think it's still a bit excusable. Something may have changed in production or they may have just modified stock photo for the teaser silhouette.

Yeh, I would probably go with this rather than the stretched out theory as like you said its clearly different and the way its stretched it couldnt have made that pointy head.

But, if Kiwami arms does look like that i would be happy, the head/helmet is not as fancy as Kachidoki arms but it simpleness looks good, the 'horns' reminds me of some dragon whiskers.

So everyone remember how the previews for next episode featured Gaim teaming up with Zangetsu? Well some rumors say that apparently... the ...next episode after, Micchy somehow steals Takatora's driver and attacks Kota, causing Kota to distrust Zangetsu, apparently knocking out his own brother to do so...Fuck. You. Micchy.
