Sengoku drivers were only locked for testing purposes, so that any information gained was uncompromised by different users. Normal Sengoku Drivers are not DNA locked, and the Genesis Drivers aren't for testing, so there's no reason they should be DNA locked.

I do. Even if the Genesis Drivers are DNA locked, guess what? Micchy and Takatora are brothers. The Genesis Driver would allow Micchy to use it because they have the same DNA.

I think you're missing the more likely scenario, however; who does Micchy have on his side?

Ryoma. And as has been stated over and over, Ryoma is just the right kind of manipulative paranoid madman to build killswitches or backdoors into all of his creations. Especially in the case of someone he's planning to inevitably stab in the back. My guess is that he "unlocks" Takatora's Genesis Driver, or at least re-codes it to allow Micchy to use it.

Given that he did receive data from them, it he should be able to. Which brings up a point- why doesn't he just disable Kouta's SengokuDriver if he's still being a pain in the ass to them? :lol

If the exchange from #19 is anything to go by, he still wants to see what Kouta can really do- more importantly I think he's just doing it because Kouta amuses him. Note that the only time he was really shocked was when Kachidoki arms was deployed, and even after, what with Sagara's revelations, he's still intent on using both Gaim and Baron to test his hypothesis.

Really it seems like Micchy and Sid are the more frustrated with Kouta than Ryoma is.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaat? PINECONE ENERGY?! How does that even work?! And is that him fighting Baron in that pic above or a trooper? I assume it's Peco. Or maybe he's helping him, who knows. Probably has something to do with Baron vs Knuckle, which I'm pretty excited to see.
