Seems to be the same deal as their Warhammer 40K Space Marines. Not Figuarts but clearly based on the same design.

I wonder how these will be sold in the west. In case of the Marines, Games Workshop distributed them.

Anyways, Hopper is neat but we're also getting a Demogorgon and that's awesome.

Sep 2021 Web Exclusive release for 8800 yen. Have to say the headsculpts on him are very...not good. Haha.

Watched FATWS on a whim, but Walker and Zemo are easily my fave characters. So, this one looks really disappointing. I think they did right with how deranged he looks in the helmeted sculpt, but everything else looks weird and anorexic. That price is a tough pill, too.

Still, hope to see Zemo tho.

Man, we had to wait a long time for this one. So glad he's finally happening, that's another figure I was very much looking forward to, first Cooler now this.

I hope this leads to more GT figures in the future.

I imagine they'll at the very least do SS4 Vegeta and Gogeta. Gogeta especially since they outright confirmed that they plan to make a figuart for every character in FighterZ.

She'll come eventually. She apparently did well when Tamashii held a poll of which FighterZ people wanted figures of most.

I'm surpised that SHF SSj4 Goku saw the light of day.

Which would also mean GT Kid Goku and Super Baby Vegeta.

Also, conveniently, there's a Great Ape Vegeta mold they could color gold and give a different armor.

It was bound to happen eventually I'd say, they have to spice up things somehow. I'm just glad it's the real GT deal and not the Xeno version.

I won't mind SHFs for Super 17 and Super Yi Xing Long (Omega Shenron). They have cool designs despite them being lame villains IMO.

I would love a Super 17 figuart. He's one of the few things I liked from GT.

In retrospect the premise of GT was nice going back to the pre-Z roots of the scavenger hunt. Also that episode where he fought Frieza and Cell again as a kid was fun.

Perfect example of waiting to release a more refined version instead of just throwing something out. That comparison just highlights how bad and limited the original 1.0 design was and how it didn't work for every character. This is not a knock on that either because I like the progression and improvements Bandai put into their designs over the years.

This event has been fantastic.

I actually have Alphamon pre-ordered but still not sure I want to keep him. Lol. With the digimon stuff it's hard to pick between the SHF or the Figure-rise Standard for me.

Meanwhile, I passed on Omegamon because I have the "Our War Game"-version already, but with Alphamon on pre-order and a burning interest to get Dukemon I'm contemplating to get that one as well for a "Royal Knights"-display.

So we just gonna ignore the fact that we are finally, FINALLY, getting Eternal Sailor Moon?

Hoping that means Animation Color versions of Tuxedo Mask, Chibi Moon, and Black Lady aren't far off either, considering the aftermarket on them is whacko and also finding a Black Lady that's actually intact, affordable, and NOT a bootleg is nigh impossible.

Simple black cape, there's no good reason not to try it at least. The soft good capes they've been doing recently really elevate these figures IMO.

Raimi Spider-Man sounds dope, mostly because IMO Tamashii always had a problem with getting the web-lines on the Spider-Man suits to look right, with that one it will be no problem as they are all sculpted and picked out in paint anyhow. They can replicate that design perfectly.

MAFEX is the absolute king of Spider-Man figures. The only one that was kind of a dud was the Upgraded Suit figure due to them changing their usual torso setup for no reason.

That said, if you want specifically No Way Home figures from MAFEX, be prepared to wait like 3 years. It's my personal hope that they make Tobey and Andrew figures specifically based on Spider-Man 3 and ASM-2 in the interim. I'd pre-order those in a heartbeat.

So Dukemon is not a "Special Color" version, it is instead called "Rebirth of the Holy Knight" and features completely new tooling, comparison to the first release below. It is a Web-Exclusive release in July 2022 and cost 9900 Yen, pre-orders open tomorrow at Premium Bandai.
