So is deoxsys a Sid quest or how do I get him in game in ORAS

You catch him in the post game Delta Episode.
If you faint him during the Delta Episode, he'll respawn at Sky Pillar once you beat the Elite 4 again (Though I don't believe you get a second chance if you faint him at Sky Pillar). |
