Anyway, an Olympics theme could be pretty neat, mainly because the sports used could be a lot more varied than Baseball, Soccer/Football, Football/Football, etc etc. Javelin throw, shot put, and all that jazz.

I don't keep track of these things, but yeah if the 2020 games are in Tokyo, why not make the 2020 Sentai Olympic-themed? I know the Olympic Rings are a trademarked logo, etc, but imagine if Toei could sort it out in time, and have that team as the official mascots for the games.

Perfect marketing sense here.

I think an olympic theme would be awesome (I also expect a few preemptions during the games that year) and it could be easily done without using the interlocking rings as a logo. They have used stories before talking about folks training for the olympics, why not make an entire season of it leading up to the games while they learn who the villains are, then after the games are over, they could hit all the super plot-heavy stuff. It could work pretty well and another team of Red, Blue, Green, Black, and Yellow would be nice. Maybe our first female black or green ranger? Or the first team with a female blue and yellow

I guess the colors would be Go-Onger/Liveman colors because the Olympic Rings are red, blue, yellow, green, and black. I would expect them to do it Liveman style and make blue female and yellow male. What color would be the sixth ranger though?

They're five olympic rings,i don't think we could have a sixth member.

That doesn't mean they won't, though. Too much money comes in by having a 6th Ranger for them to leave it out, really.

How about a torch-themed 6th?
