Growing up in Philippines, stray cats would come to my house all the time. Loved those guys. Right now I have a 10-year-old Jack Russel living with me. So you can clearly tell what camp I'm on.
I also love birds. And fish. Actually I don't think there's any animal I dislike. |

I completely agree. I was just noting the whole serial killer angle as thats quite hurtful to imply to someone. But i do believe that yeah, the rants were over the line and all the violent opinions on cats were absolutely uncalled for. I completely get why someone would be a bit defensive at that. Personally, i like both dogs and cats, i just got involved bc it looled like a bit of a dog pile when some ppl began to say something was wrong with him. I didnt mean to insult anyones feelings or their relationship with their pets. Just the whole "serial killer"and "something wrong with him" bits were not needeed. |
Here is my small, idiot child.
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FOs8RS1X...g&name=900x900 He doesn't have a mean bone in his body. Just a lot of dumb ones. And at present he's scared of the stairs. |

I'm more of a dog person, but I do live with a couple of cats. One is a lazy couch potato who wines a lot and causes no end of headaches for my sister, the other is a little gremlin who is either stupid or the sweetest little monster ever. They're not bad and can be reasonably well behaved.
For dogs, my current friends are both border collie mixes, one being a sweet little nimrod, the other being a wiggly, dual-eyed girl, who is between the two the troublemaker. They're both still puppies, maybe a year or two old at least, and while they can be a handful, I still love them. I don't have anything against any kind of animal, as someone who lived with fish, birds and a couple of precious lizards, even though they can be a nuisance at times, the companionship and sweetness is something I wouldn't give up for the world. |

I'm still sorry about my comment from yesterday, I'm tactless at the best of times, but that was particularly bad. Hopefully you all can continue to put up with me, even when I find new and innovative ways to put my foot in my mouth in the future.
Anyways, here's my floor goblin. He's made of nothing but muscle, I kind of wish I had named him Ryuga as a nod to Build, but his name is Keats (like the poet). I didn't realize what a daft creature he was at the time I named him! https://i.imgur.com/s6ZyZ2n.jpeg https://i.imgur.com/KDc61Ya.jpeg |
Oh my god, he looks so brainless! I love him!

Every guide I've read: The last few missions of this game will test your skills and effectiveness of your build.
Me, horribly unoptimized but stupidly overleveled and carrying a large stabstick and water magic that heals me thanks to my mermaid spirit: *plows right through the final three missions and bosses with less difficulty than the first 3/4s of the game* That being said, I have completed the main campaign of Nioh 2. Which means now I have the DLC episodes and NG+ to do. And the first DLC takes place around the Naruto Strait... Hmm. |
Update: Things are hurting again. A lot. Goddamned ape wizards...

I've started listening to some of Symphogear's music (considering how its the gimmick of the show and all) and, aside from most of them being really great, some of them are absolute earworms; I can't get them out of my head!
Help. |

I got a new laptop for my birthday today. I end up downloading Brutal Doom and it's amazing. It's like a kid opening up his gifts on Christmas morning!!!

Guess who's back!
A lot has changed since I have been gone. I have changed my name and pronouns coming out fully as non-binary and been seeing a therapist on campus. I haven't changed my name legally yet. I moved into a dorm so I could live on campus this semester, which helped my grades significantly. I received straight As this semester and got heavily invested in anthropology and archaeology. I changed my major to fine arts and made anthropology my minor with a focus on archaeology. I joined and have been active in the anthropology club. My health has been slowly improving. I joined the exercise is medicine program on campus. I haven't been able to lose weight yet but I have been gaining muscle and keeping diabetes at bay by staying active and watching my food portions. There was awhile there where I thought my mom was going to go homeless, which stressed the hell out of me. But that got handled without me being involved much since I had to focus on school. Now I am about to move out of my dorm and head a few counties over for archaeology field school. There I will learn applied archaeology. Once completed I will be a certified archaeologist. This summer I will be looking for a job and an apartment near campus so I can have my cats with me in the fall. If all goes well I will be doing a work study program doing archaeological research with my professor. I might even become an exercise mentor myself if I am able to get in better shape over the summer. How is everyone doing? Sorry I have been gone so long. I had to focus on myself. |

The tea utensils in Nioh 2 are driving me mad but not for the reasons one would expect.
It mostly comes down to me collecting them and going "Why is there no Hagi-yaki here? Why is it not represented?" And then me recalling my very basic knowledge of Japanese teaware and remembering that Hagi-yaki was not a thing until after the reign of Toyotomi Hideyoshi and his invasion of Korea, which the game takes place before. Mostly. Anyway would've been nice to visit the Choshu domain and see what Motonari was up to. Maybe ride in a boat... |

I'm upset because I just remembered that Brokencyde existed, and apparently they're still a thing. I usually love mid-2000s emo/scene nostalgia, but that's one group that I'm happy to forget about.

Never heard of them until this very second, what's the issue?

Instead, I'll just add them to yours: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AV8N44HzfBQ |
Isn't it funny how you're happily one age, and then suddenly your birthday hits and you age an entire year in a split second. Haha, wild. Happy birth anniversary, me.

I hate my life right now. I'm just a total moody bitch who randomly gets angry at a drop of a hat and I failed my class again for the second time. I also get depress when I look at myself in the mirror lately.
