He's from the Gokaiger Kondansha Special DVD. Kinda like a Hyper Battle DVD. Gai and Marvelous get fused together and have to share a mind a body. Resulting in Gokai Red Silver and Gokai Red Gold Mode.

Thanks! I can never find a downloadable link for that video. I think it was subbed by TV-N, but I could never get a connection when I use their torrents.

I have 2 silvers, but only 1 red, and I didn't want to part swap the pieces and then photoshop the whole body into the pic. So it was easier for me to do that way without taking any risks in accidentally breaking the knee joints.
