I guess wordplay took top priority when coming up with this menu cause it is called Hansel Bureimen(reimen is literally cold noodles). Technically it's cold noodles but because Japanese wordplay they said to hell with sweets since Espada got that covered though I am unsure what it is supposed to be, a fruit cocktail I guess? Saber's is some sort of super spicy chicken dish, and Kenzan's is likely a butadon or pork rice bowl.

Well deserts are usually pretty hot and dry which would be more appropriate for Saber or Espada....
