While Pokemon GO is making a lot of money, I don't necessarily think it is going to make the sales of Pokemon Sun and Moon skyrocket. Especially with these new forms, people are probably going to be turned off that their favorite Gen 1 pokemon either has a stupidly long neck, turned to ice, or something else. And most mobile players are notorious for not paying shit for anything, so buying a 2DS and a $40 is going to turn off a lot of people.

After watching this trailer, I kind f want to play Black and White now that I'm interested again. Is it kind of late to jump on the bandwagon and those games, or should I just wait 5 years for a remake?

To me, X and Y were uber disappointing, but this stuff looks interesting, but if Sun and Moon has a sucky postgame like X and Y does then I'm out.

Honestly, X and Y are my favorite games. It was just pure fun from start to finish, and the first time I got interested in team building since Gen 3. The post game was lacking, but that's not really my main interest.

As for whether or not Sun/Moon will have a bad post game, good luck finding out. With a simultaneous worldwide release (Except in Europe, where it comes out 5 days later), you'll either have to wait for someone to get a copy early to leak it all, or delay buying the game for about a week.

Should be noted though, the same leak had Ninetales' new form as Fire/Fairy rather than Ice/Fairy. While the leak definitely seems credible and most of these are probably right, some of the details may be a little different.

Anyway, suuuuper pumped for all this new info. All of it is amazing and looks and sounds amazing. The ice type Alola forms look great, and Exeggcutor is so ridiculous I can't help but love it. HMs seem to be gone, which is great. Gyms too, also great. And the new mons are also great. This is the first batch of SM news that really has me wanting the game. It's shaping up to be the most unique game of the series so far.

And with the final starter evos leak appearing to be confirmed, I am jumping ship allllll the way to the Popplio camp. It's still too early to say, but I really want Popplio, Salandit and Lurantis on my team.

I do hope the leak has some wrong info, then...I'm so sick of fighting getting all the love, especially when Ice is the rarest type.
