I remember that article because it's quite clear they unfortunately misunderstood a few things -- the way it's worded, it seems to think that the Premium Sound Edition is a pre-order bonus; and thinks the actual pre-order bonus is an early purchase bonus. I wouldn't treat this as any proof of anything.

I suppose this also means we can expect to be able to play as CycloneJokerXtreme, since both Zero-Two and Tajador are in.

i think PuToTyra is officially considered OOO's super form (despite the whole Everything about it) so unless i missed it, then Zero-Two is maybe pointing towards it and CJX

A super form precedes a final form which precedes an optional extra final form. People generally don't base their opinions on what's considered official or these debates wouldn't happen. I believe that FangJoker and Tajadol are super forms, CycloneJoker Xtreme and Putotyra are final forms and CycloneJoker Gold Xtreme and Super Tatoba are extra final forms.

In the Battride War series, there are even different upgrade paths depending on the "strongest form". For example, the final form, Fourze Cosmic States upgrades to the extra final form, Meteor Fusion States, whereas the weaker Double Rocket States upgrades to the extra EXTRA final form, Meteor Nadeshiko Fusion States. So while Double Rocket is weaker than Cosmic, its potential for growth is superior.

Zero Two's appearance means this game must occur after Zero One Episode 40 and since Zea's AI is now contained in the Zero Two Driver Unit then I guess that means Zea is eventually going to get a new satellite to provide animal models for Zero One.

Yeah, PutoTyra's always been considered the official Final Form and so it and Xtreme would be under that umbrella whenever they're used.

There's no real break between Zero-Two's debut and the Ark-One thing so if they're being strictly canon with the game here, clearly it won't be long now till Aruto breaks free and gets his redemption or yadda yadda in the show. Took him a bit too long though.

Sucks for Zero Two to debut so late only to get upstaged 2 episodes later by Ark One. You-know-what really screwed with the narrative. At least the game is a consolation.

narrative wise, tajadol is the final form, but marketing wise, putotyra is the final form. it's complicated

It's been one episode, it's not exactly an overdone arc (haha) yet, especially with how the show's still developing it. Some people like it, some people don't.
