Got Thor this week and he is awesome! Only problem I have is that his hair is a bit difficult to pose at times and his face likes to fall off....lol.

I need to work on my set-up so I can take better photos though, felt like he wouldn't look as good with a white background so I tried experimenting with a black one. These were the best out of the 50+ or so I took. * sigh *

Since I wasn't satisfied with how the first batch of photos turned out, I decided to retake them with my usual white background. I think they turned out much better than before. Just need to figure out the right kind of black backdrop/lighting set-up for the future.

Finally cracked open my Mikasa and Eren Figmas that I've had sitting around for awhile.

I like'em, but I think I like Mikasa a bit better just based on personal preference.

It's a bit of a pain to get the 3DM gear mounted, but if nothing else: it probably goes on like how they would on the show. A friend of mine offered me an Armin at Cost, and I might just take him up on that offer now.

I can see it looking cool if you manage to get a shelf full of these all posed in mid air. I think the biggest bummer of the AOT figmas is the fact that they only give you one poncho and it 's for the zipping mid air flying poses.

Alright just a quick question since i mostly buy figuarts and the only figmas i own are link samus and rei asuka and mari from evangelion.
been looking at other figmas to add to my collection so far these have really caught my eye! but from what i see they can get pretty pricey! just want to ask what a fair price would be for them?

Unlike Shimakaze who looked like a complete figure without the FigFIX, it does feel like Shinobu was ultimately split in two.

This is a bit of a general question, but does anyone know a safe way to remove paint rub from a figure?

I just got a Figma Nanoha used from Amiami, and the paint from the waist of her barrier jacket has rubbed off on her torso.

I've removed paint details from Joes an MU figures using a standard pencil eraser, so I'm wondering if that'd work.

Finally had time to mess with Figma Cap and Iron Man. My Cap seems to have a slightly deformed rubber chest which makes it hard to center everything for a standing-still pose but other than that everything is pretty good. Iron Man has a messed up right knee cap cover which causes it to pop out if you try to move it. He is also a lot taller compared to Cap than I had expected but I guess it makes sense for a man in a suit. Pretty nice Figmas though. Hope they release Hulk and the rest of the crew soon. I'll have some photos to share some time during the weekend.

Probably the one magical girl figma I'd actually be interested in getting, nostalgia right here.

I wonder if they'll end up doing other characters? I'm super curious if they'll do some of the humanoid Clow cards too.

Probably not. Max Factory rarely does more than one or two characters. :(

I would assume that the long hair would be with the unmasked head. I'm just happy to know that Lucina is still coming out after so long ago. I know there was one point where I forgot it was revealed.

Snake never used the SOCOM in MGS2, so it's technically a "non canon" part they're giving away as an exclusive bonus. Kind of cool to have, but not worth the increased price. The figure being 6,000 yen even on Amiami already completely put me off.

I can't imagine the unmasked Lucina would be an exclusive part, it's too important, but that would be a sure fire way to make sure I don't buy that figure either.

No, but he is the one to give you the SOCOM so it's not really "non canon" that he has it. Plus since I doubt they're going to go and do an MGS1 version, it kinda sucks to not include the gun most fans associate with Solid Snake.
