How would you compare kais to figuarts?

You don't really, they're more like sic figures but a little bigger. That's the best I can come up with I have the metal gear solid snake and cyborg ninja. They're really nice posable display pieces that carry the price.

They all range from 9-12" at an average of $60 a piece. I'd say they have the same amount of poseability, minus the extending at the hips feature you can find on SHFs. Most Kai figures lack accessories and usually only come with only one extra pair of hands.
