Or. Or it could simply be referring to Luke as the only Jedi left. Maybe Rey won't become a Jedi and Luke won't die. Nothing about the story has been released yet. (Not that I'm aware of anyways.)

Well they killed Han and I'm pretty sure they were already going to kill Leia, which I'm certain is going to happen now after Carrie's unfortunate passing (unless they pull a Rogue One and CG puppet her into the 9th movie, God forbid) so I'm sure they're gonna have Kylo stab up Uncle Lukey at some point. He'll probably end up a Force Ghost but he's still probably gonna die.

Also, if Rey doesn't become a Jedi that will make the entire twist of events in TFA a massive Red Herring tease after the already Red Herring TFA marketing of "Jedi Knight Finn von Traitor."

Well Disney's already said they ain't CGing Leia.

Also jedi can be used as more then one what if the mean the last jedi as being Reynolds and Luke

I hope that's true but with past movies when the title is in red font, you know something is going to happen.

If Rey turns to the darkside, and episode 9 is about her redemption and return to the light it would make her a far more compelling character imo.

That's very true. The singular and plural forms ofthe word are te same. So it could be refering to both of them.

Finished Star Wars the Clone Wars and man...this series is what the prequels should've been.

It manages to make a lot of characters from the prequels more likeable, hell even Jar jar is somewhat tolerable in this show.

For a show that's aimed towards a younger audience I'm surprised by just how dark the show gets sometimes...especially in it's last season.

Yeah, too bad there's some stories that they left unfinished. I would've loved to have seen a conclusion to the whole Darth Maul thing but from what I understand: Rebels picked up a lot of it's story lines.

That's another show I need to get caught up on actually...

So the german title for episode eight has been released today and confirms that "The Last jedi" is indeed meant to be plural.

I keep hearing this, but I couldn't make it past the first season. I wanted to see a story about the Clone Wars, not the adventures of Anakin and his annoying brat. Not to mention they turned Grievous into the pathetic cowardly waste of CGI he is in the movie.

I really don't get the hate people have for the prequels though. Sure, the first one is not a very good movie, but people treat it like it completely destroyed their Star Wars universe. The second and third ones had great action scenes, music, and effects, which is what Star Wars was built upon. Except for Obiwan and Palpatine, the characters are pretty one dimensional, but what do you expect out of a prequel? The whole purpose is to get from nowhere to A New Hope, so it has to follow a set road to make sure everything fits into place. Thus, there is not going to be any suspense because you already know how the thing is going to end.

I'm not saying the prequels are good movies, but I feel like they are unfairly criticized when their only job was to set up the original trilogy and that is exactly what they did.

Eh, I'm honestly feeling rather apathetic towards it myself.

So this was funny. I was subbing 4th grade today and the trailer dropped when the kids were in Specials. At the end of specials, the tech teacher pulled both classrooms into the tech lab and showed everyone the new trailer. What was even funnier was the other 4th grade teacher I was with jolted to the front to watch it. :lol

I don't want to get too excited because of the last one (never did even pick it up), but it's a bit hard when this (and all of the info in the new site) kinda does show everything I wanted. So I probably will end up with this.

Neat, a trailer going over the campaign which in the GOOD sequel was the Rise of the Empire stuff.

But does it have:
-A BIG list of maps from the get-go that you can play in offline Quick-Play battles
-Galactic Conquest mode
-Battle customization in time limit and reinforcement pools
-Space Battles, Heroes Vs Villains Assault and Hunt formats
-Soldier, Heavy, Sniper, Engineer/Pilot, and 2 Special Troopers as playable classes
-4 factions to play as: Republic, Empire, CIS, Rebellion and you can mix and match in Quick Play
And all the other crap that made GOOD BF2 such a masterpiece?

As long as the campaign mode has offline play I'll consider getting this one.

But yeah the first Battlefront without the season pass is essentially an 60 dollar tech demo

Meh, it's still done by EA, which means it's primary focus will be microtransactions and online play.

Well, if nothing else, it would make some decent review fodder in Angry Joe's eventual video review about it

*Yeah I hope that one stays true for maps and real content. All they've claimed was "no season pass." Pre-order bonuses being cosmetic already show there's probably going to be more like that, similar to Titanfall 2, so it really won't be that big of a deal at all because you won't need them. Maps I'll be hopeful for.

There's some sort of offline co-op missions, but it does sound more like just grinding for your multiplayer characters. But stands to reason campaign could be offline then.

So seems like the next Star Wars Anthology movie is going to be announced in the Summer, there's speculation/rumours that it's going to be about Obi-Wan:

It says the third anthology movie is about Obi-Wan. The Han Solo is the second one.
