Saber opening really remind me to Ghost opening because both songs is really more heartwarming when compared to other Kamen Rider openings....

I don't feel like we will have a female rider this year. or maybe in a movie.

I expect Mei to stay the "always here" comic relief only. (opening and ending kinda focuses on her a lot + touma and rintaro so... yeah)

And I expect Sophia to be that girl from Touma's past somehow (I thought it couldn't happen because it said somewhere she created SoL so it doesn't make sense for Sophia to be the little girl, but Ep2 kinda makes me think she didn't create SoL ? I don't know). I tried to focus on her right hand during Ep2 to see if she wore a ring but "somehow" her pinkie was always hidden so I don't know.

If the little girl isn't Sophia, then I expect her to be part of Megiddo for the sake of drama.

But a female rider I don't have this feeling for now (but I'm rooting for it. a female knight).

Honestly with how blunt everyone is sometimes I feel like the fans are more unfair and harsh against female Riders than Toei is.

Like Valkyrie wasn't the absolute best, but she was honestly a step up in regards to female riders. And while she didn't live up to her full potential (some of it I feel is people setting their expectations way too high in some cases) she showed that they could work given the right circumstances.

She got more than one form, she had a nice character arc that while very vague/not as detailed still worked. And she ended up making it through to the end.

But this isn't a Zero-One thread so that's the most I'll say on that! That being said I keep hearing rumors floating about that Slash is going to be our female Rider, and well this "Luna" could very well be Slash if the Rider is indeed female. Cause I could see them sorta putting that out there, and the story potential could be interesting.

But it will indeed be interesting to see though, given by the end of Quarter 1 we'll have 7 Riders: Saber, Blades, Buster, Espada, Kenzan, Calibur, and Slash.

Slash better be that "Luna" girl.

And which side do you think Espada will be on? Cause how he'll react to Touma for not remembering him, he might go Ryugen on him.

Considering the way he is shown in the ending, I can't see him go evil or something like that.

But that's the thing with Saber. If you look at the opening and ending, you can't really deduce anything much. By the ending you would think Mei is Espada. And a.. yeah no. so yeah. Maybe OP/ED doesn't mean much.
and I feel like visuals will change quite a lot (like not always Mei dancing in the ending or anything. Maybe Kento will dance instead after his debut episode)

No, Slash is the sound elemental Rider who uses Suzune.

Going by this Peter Fantasia, I am hoping that Blades' "best match" form will be a Winged Lion. It would be an awesome power up looking form. And with the three "main" riders combining powers, I am hoping they're going to call it something cool like Chimera.

The new series better give us a love story too since it's all book themed!

I'll never understand the obsession with following every waking moment of a celebrity, just let the dude live his life. He's not the same person as the character he plays, if he wants to gamble and shit let him.

personally I don't care, but the guy signs a contract while being the MC of KR, and I'm ready to bet some clauses were added due to covid this year.

While I don't expect them to stay secluded at home while they're not shooting episodes, I think Toei asks the actors to at least be careful and not have a foolish behavior of going out every day which can threat the shooting.
I think Japan is kinda strict about that.

Based on what I heard, the last thing an actor or singer or comedian in Japan wants to be on are the tabloids of Bunshun. This does not look good.

It isn’t really ‘loosely rumoured’ when it’s part of a legitimate leak of toy listings one of which is for an RKF figure of ‘Kamen Rider Slash’ and another is a henshin sword like Buster’s Dogoken Gekido and Kenzan’s Fuusouken Hayate, named ‘Onjuuken Suzune’ which contains the character for ‘sound’ repeatedly in the same way the other holy swords we know of do for fire/water/thunder/earth/wind/darkness.

Technically, we have have 10 Knights. Hmm...currently we have Fire, Water, Thunder, Earth, Wind, and Darkness Elements.

I think the next possible elements is Sound, Poison, Ice, and Light.

But, I think Megiddo also have some of Evil Riders.

They might, though given the Megiddo leaders have clear monster forms, we may just add more to the cast with 3 more separate characters.

Or this series could just be an oddball and keep giving us heroic Riders that sometimes butt heads with each other.

They could always pull a Kyoryuger and have some of the more minor Riders drop in and out throughout the series, doing their own thing against the Megiddo while we keep the plot on Touma, Rintaro, Yellow Guy and Mei.

Espada's suit is definitely my favorite so far. I like how the faerie tale side looks more minimalist than the divine creature and living thing sides since I also like the futuristic look of Jackun when Saber uses it. Lightning is my favorite element of the 3 as well.

Curious to see how Saber uses 3 books this week, considering how Rintarou implied there was some difficulty or learning curve to using multiples. I also wonder if the "Trilogies" (3 Volumes of 1 Seiken Sword) will have additional details on the suit to distinguish them from mismatched forms.

Question is: what if the books he possesses, matching the same colour, will trigger his lost memory? From one book to another, his memory will slowly be restored.

Espada definitely looks cool. I gotta imagine what kind of playful ribbing goes on between the suit designers and the engineers who have to turn said suits into toy figures.
