I'm a little disappointed in Alolan Marowak just because it doesn't look quite different enough to me. The flaming bone was expected, but I kind of wish they did more with the skull to make it more Polynesian. Typing is cool though.

Meowth I just don't like.

Sandcastle is hilarious and I kind of dig it.

Bewear's pre-evo is pretty cute.

And the fish is.. interesting. Especially since it's supposed to be a form and not an evolution. Wonder how it works, to go from a single fish to a whole school.

Oh and Alolan forms are totally just gen 1 aren't they...

These newest Pokemon don't seem very interesting compared to previous reveals to me honestly. The sand castle Pokemon reminds me a lot of Desertman.EXE from Megaman Battle Network though so it has that going for it.

I love Alolan Marowak. I don't like Alolan Meowth. I wonder if Alolan's Meowth will be use in the anime for Team Rocket in the near future?

I kind of want to see one of Ash's alola companions catch alola Meowth, because irony.

I haven't watch the Pokemon anime since like 2004. I remember I stop when May and Max show up in the show. I got up half through that season and stop. I hear the X and Y TV show is pretty decent.
