Funny story. Ninjaman had Kakuranger's Grand power. He sure as hell wasn't their leader.
And wasn't it Dekapink who gave them Dekaranger's Power?

Also, Abarekiller, Dragon Ranger, and Time Fire held their series' respective Powers, despite not being the leaders of their teams.

The agreement was for once a week. If you make them slow Kaku's release to once every 2 weeks, then no dice for the Decade praise.

(Also, I'm totally framing the essay as a letter to Celestia, should I ever have to do so :lol)

Oh, and I forgot it was DekaMaster.
Still, the leader didn't hold the power. It was just whichever member they encountered.
